“I contacted uglu via email. Arranged for a phone call and great guy Jacob called. He answered all my questions and gave me really good input. And then i was very happy to book my cruise. So thankyou Jacob at Iglu.”

“My cruise had been cancelled by Marella. The assistant was very helpful and assisted me to rebook another cruise helping to get me the best deal possibl and dealt with Marella at the same time It did take a while but was done efficiently”

“Fed up now. Can't get an answer to a straight forward question on balance to pay on our cruise. The on line e mail tool asks customers if they need help, and then fails to deliver that help. Somewhat frustrating, to say the least.”

“For a start the phone was answered promptly, which is a rarity these days. The Iglu colleague (Ellie) was immediately helpful and achieved the booking that we wanted very quickly. She went through the principal details very efficiently and also covered the necessary legal notes, adding the offer of a contact to help us with visas and other travel documents. We have booked quite a few trips with Iglu and have always been impressed with the company – this was another five-star performance, with the bonus of Ellie’s friendly manner combined with her professional skills.”
