“Iglu's website: I find easy to search and then book online which saves me a phonecall. When I do call though they are very clear on explaining everything and helpful. I have used them multiples times in the last 10 years for 2 cruises a year from Uk, and i've never had an issue”

“Easy website to navigate with plenty of options to narrow a search. When I rang for more information the advisor was really helpful and professional. No pressure and made me feel that my needs were important as an individual. I didn’t book the holiday on the first phone call but felt very comfortable to contact them again when I decided to book. Answered my questions with patience and was knowledgeable. Treated with respect and kindness so much appreciated.”
