“IGLU is our ‘go-to’ travel agent now. We appreciate the ease of booking due to the very well laid-out website and booking process. Prices are usually better than we can get anywhere else and the range of cabins for cruises is usually very good. Although you probably don’t need to speak with a representative, it is always worth doing so, as they are very thorough and very helpful. This is how customer service should be ( and it doesn’t seem to matter who you talk to, they all seem to be very good)”

“Extremely easy process to book. Once I requested a quote Vicky made a call to me. We discussed the booking and made a couple of tweaks to suit our needs. Vicky was excellent throughout explaining different aspects. Would definitely book through Iglu again.”

“I recently had the pleasure of working with Gemma from Iglu cruise to plan a cruise vacation, and I can honestly say the experience exceeded all expectations! From the very beginning, she showed a deep knowledge of where we wanted to go and the little details that make a huge difference. Gemma took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for,including our budget preferences. What I appreciated most was how Gemma anticipated our needs and answered questions we didn’t even know we had! For example, she helped us select the best stateroom location for journey within our budget . I can’t thank her enough .”
