“Booked a Rocky Mountain Train and Alaska cruise. David is very passionate about what he does and hopefully this will ensure that we get the most out of your holiday. We were given advice on visiting prominent attractions throughout the trip and he had a wealth of knowledge about the cruise (we are first time cruising) he also gave us some amazing tips about visas, passports etc which will hopefully make your journey as as possible.”

“Very helpful advising us about our future South America cruise and land tour options for 2026 during the booking process. We felt confident choosing our cabin location during the call as Emily emailed the deck plan to us during our phone call so we discussed the different prices and perks of cabin grade options.”

“After looking forward to booking a cruise for September 2025 for £1 deposit. A family member decided to get married the same time. Iglu were helpful in us changing the date of this cruise to another date but unfortunately we still had to pay £150 for the- rearrangement.”

“Very helpful and listened to any of our concerns and solving any issue we had - eg pre cruise hotel offered but we wished to be nearer the centre of Singapore - downtown hotel identified but also said we could look at other hotels as they became available.”

“Easy website to navigate with plenty of options to narrow a search. When I rang for more information the advisor was really helpful and professional. No pressure and made me feel that my needs were important as an individual. I didn’t book the holiday on the first phone call but felt very comfortable to contact them again when I decided to book. Answered my questions with patience and was knowledgeable. Treated with respect and kindness so much appreciated.”
