“IGLU call handlers are excellent (Anthony and Fifi), from my initial booking, to sorting out a problem with my co-passengers name spelling. I have quite a wait before my cruise but I feel secure IGLU is there if I need them.”

“Phoned and got through to a nice man called Kyle. I told him roughly what I wanted and he tried his best to get me a similar deal to what we had last year. I didn’t feel pressured to book immediately and had time to think about it and discuss with the other members of our family that were also coming. Changed original plan a bit and Kyle was very patient.”

“I’m very happy with the service received from Iglu. Customer page is easy to navigate but there is no problem if you need to speak to somebody. Thanks to customer care team I really felt looked after- they’ve answered all my questions and believe me - I had many. Overall - a very good experience, I will definitely use them for my future holidays and i would recommend them to anybody who values good service.”
