“I rang to make a booking and the agent was very helpful and listened to all my requests. I knew exactly what I wanted and more importantly what I didn't want and he fully understood and worked through every aspect. When he didn't know the answer to a specific non cruise related part of the booking he asked colleagues to get the answer.”

“Spoke to Stuart, who was very helpful and patient, gave great service and contacted me when he said he would. Never felt under any pressure to book and came away feeling great about the booking. I spoke to Stuart about a price match for me and he beat it by a bit. Have used Planet cruise before, and wouldn't hesitate to go back to them.”

“Lovely service from Ellie at Iglu.com. A great ambassador for Iglu cruises. Excellent customer service, friendly courteous, polite, and was able to answer all our queries and help us choose the cabin location we wanted. We have cruised over 50 times. Used Iglu.com in past. We will be returning to book with Iglu again, and hopefully with Ellie as our personal cruise specialist”

“I am not normally one for doing holiday bookings on the phone as email is easier. However Iglu and Gemma in particular, was very helpful over email answering questions so that when we spoke on the phone, to go through the particulars,the process was very smooth. Gemma was very efficient in getting the booking sorted.”
