“I booked my cruise through iglu And seren who acted as my agent was very thorough. She explained the cabins which deck there were on And was very informative about each question I asked. Although I forgot to ask about car parking at the docks. When I rang back I spoke to another agent. He also was very helpful in sorting my parking out.all be it on board spend was reduced.”

“Having never booked a cruise before, I was apprehensive about the process. Caitlin was great and put me at ease and explained the steps. It was relatively easy and didn’t take long. Loved the call back process to discuss amendment - no endless waiting in a call queue. Looking forward to my holiday.”
