I was ready to quit using Koala.....then I realized it was the veterinarian office that was taking too long to process. Koala stepped in to help since my vet responded inappropriately and declined a standing current rx. I no longer use that veterinarian any longer.....but Koala is a keeper. Their prices are very competitive and less than my local Publix who sells my doggie product. Thanks Koala”
“We liked how quickly it got to us after it shipped. Wondering though if each month it will have to be “approved” by the vet. We noticed there was a few days from when we ordered that it was “waiting for approval” or something like that”
“The only problem I had was when I placed my first order (Heart Worm Medication) i was told I would receive a 50% discount on the first order. There was nowhere on the purchasing pages where I could put in the discount code. So I wound up paying full price. The ordering was simple and the delivery was prompt so I have no complaints.
