“A couple of items. One, I really wish your group considered people who have service dogs especially blind users that have guide dogs. There are aspects for your blind users that are rather challenging. Lastly, you really should notify people better about auto renewals. Once again, that must be hidden somewhere and your blind users will not find it. Some of these products are extremely expensive and there should be some notification or option rather to not auto renew that is much more user-friendly.”
