“I didn’t know about the automatic subscription but the koala employees got back to me right away to cancel it and make it a one time order. The vet is changing her prescription after this order so wouldn’t want it automatically refilled. I wish I could just do one time orders. It came quickly.”

I understand that a plastic container may be necessary for safety, but with plastic being such a problem for our environment, shouldn't the smallest plastic ontainer possible be used? To give credit where credit is due, however, Koala took other measures to minimize use of noncomposable materials.”
“I like how the Koala team made adjustments to my subscription based on the medication needs of my cat. I subscribed to receive the med too often and they adjusted it on my behalf. I just wish I could manage / see the subscripion myself. I don't see an option to do this under my account. Otherwise, great experience. They sent me information about the med that my vet didn't even provide for me.”
“First time customer. I loved the price and the free shipping. In fact that was what attracted me to use Koala. Jacks medicine arrived in a lovely package. What I wish was better was the turn around time although it did arrive sooner that I was told. I'm use to Chewy next day shipping so this was a longer wait than I expected and my only concern. I can see that I'll have to "time" my prescription orders differently.”
“Prices are amazing, but it is a real hassle that you don't have a direct relationship with our vet. I mailed in the prescription, you notified me Friday morning you had received it, but you didn't ship the order until the following Thursday. I realize you needed to clarify that a generic was okay, but it makes no sense that it took this long, and I received virtually no communication about the status. I won't always be able to wait nearly two weeks from the time of my initial order to get pills. Also, no customer service over the weekend is not ideal.”
“Great prices so I am willing to put up with slow service. Took almost 2 weeks to get my cats medication. Vet responded with Rx within 3 days, I cannot understand how the filling and shipping was so slow. Required 3 phone calls to Koala. Ugh”
