SOLD AN ITEM ONLINE BUT UNABLE TO FULFIL THE ORDER.
CALLED UP CUSTOMER SERVICE 3X AND WAITED 17 DAYS TO FIND OUT THE ITEM WAS NOT EVEN PICKED UP BY THE COURIER.
MYER CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCUSED ME OF "HAVING THE ORDER" WHEN CLEARLY, THE TRACKING SHOWED THE ORDER WAS STILL "AWAITING PICKUP".
MYER CUSTOMER SERVICE ALSO BLUNTLY REFUSED TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND KEPT HOLDING ON MY MONEY.
WHEN ASKED FOR THE IDENTITY OF THE MALE CUSTOMER STAFF MEMBER, HE QUICKLY DISCONNECTED THE CALL.
AVOID BUYING FROM THIS DREADFUL STORE AT ALL COST. YOU CAN GET MUCH CHEAPER PRICES AND BETTER SERVICES ELSEWHERE.

“Items take a long time to arrive, if it arrives, items arrived looks as though we have paid next to nothing for it - packaging looks old and handled too much, couldn’t give as presents as per intended.
Received a couple of responses on the email then no reply, not resolved.
You’d think purchasing from Myer you’d have customer confidence and satisfaction, higher lever of quality and service, not anymore.
Online purchase from Myer gives them the opportunity to get rid of unwanted, not saleable items.”

“My delivery never arrived. When I reached out to customer service they sent me a photo of my front door supplied by the carrier as proof of delivery. However, the photo does not include the parcel they supposedly delivered. Myer sees this as proof enough and will not refund my purchase despite it being a triffling amount for such a large company. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I will never shop at Myer again.”
“Waiting for my order since April 3rd (today is May 9th). Every time I contact Myer they say "someone will check" and contact me in the next couple of days - which never happens. Frustrating and unprofessional.”

"ewww - look at you two, yuck (with some gagging noises to go with it). Then told the item wasn't "from her area" even though it was about 10 steps away from this cash register.”
“The 4-6 day delivery took a little over 2 weeks. The product was the then delivered to the wrong house. (I only saw it because I was watering their lawn.) The box was incorrectly labeled as being sheets. The 2 items were packed into a box way too big with no cushioning or support. Possibly because of this, one of the packets of oil was opened and so oil had spilled through one of the purchased items.”

They do not answer their phones & barely have any staff on the floor.
They won’t help with an exchange, shop elsewhere, this brand does not care about their customers!

“I placed an online order on Saturday 29 January 2022 order number 1093659042 I have not received the order nor a refund. I have phoned 3 times & have been advised management need to approve the refund. I have spent hours on the phone patiently listening & waiting to the service representative. Now it really is time for someone to action this. Please help, I really don't want to go to the ombudsman? I understand things have been taking longer & there are staff shortages but now this is becoming a business ethics violation.”
“MYER FRANKSTON - Ordered a bed in January and have had delivery date changed 4 times by now three different staff members. Notified last week that base was another 4-6 weeks away. Our order was apparently ordered incorrectly and just received another call to say that new order was only placed last week. Staff need better training when putting orders through. Thought we'd go with MYER being a bigger company but CUSTOMER SERVICE has been nothing but TERRIBLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND buying a bed.”
“Ordered something online. They passed on the wrong address to an incompetent courier (they initially did NOT know which courier they used). Courier cannot be reached. Have to call them up each time to follow up on my item. There’s not even an effort to keep me updated on it. Asked for a refund, and was told that I cannot be refunded because my item is no longer with them. They will only refund me if I bring the item back to store. I do not know how’s that gonna happen when they themselves cannot even reach the courier. Such HUGE disappointment! I thought Myer is supposed to be a big company. Their customer service should atleast be on par with their reputation. Apparently, I’m mistaken.”
“I was dismayed today to see how dirty the carpet is at Garden City Booragoon. Especially in all the ladies dept, bathers & lingerie.... the carpet needed vacuuming also could do with a clean. Not a good look especially in these COVID times!!”
“Was advised by myer support to return the faulty bag to a nearby store. The store told me that its an online purchase, so they cant process refunds in-store. It's been nearly 2 months now and I haven't received a refund despite calling 5 times with 30 mins plus wait and every time they tell a different story. Last time i spoke to a manager 2 weeks ago and he promised that he will get someone to follow up, keep in the loop and i won't have to call back. Guess what no contact. Now i am on the phone again, 50 minutes wait so far to get hold of a manager. Never ever again, ridiculous appalling service.”
“Absolutely useless. I ordered something for click and collect. Was then told 2 days before Xmas that it was being sourced from elsewhere and wouldn't be available for pick until after Xmas. I should of been told this at the time. Then I would still have the money I spent on it for Xmas rather than waiting on a refund.
Myer is incompetent and has ruined my Xmas. I will not shop there anymore and will be discouraging everyone I know to do the same.”
“Bought a bag through click and collect on 20 November as needed it before I jumped on the plane to NZ (thought it would be quickest way to get what it). Called several times to find out where it was (and was on hold for ages) but nobody seemed to be able to tell me what was happening and I was hung up on a couple of times by people I couldn't understand. Finally spoke to a really, really nice lady but randomly she was in NZ! LOL. Thought it funny as thought Myer is an Australian store. I want to give that lady 10/10 as she was excellent but the store 1/10 for its service. Have now returned to NZ with no bag; am hoping the nice lady did follow through on her word and I'll see a refund soon.”
