never return calls. online chat useless. repeated messages left and no response

Neverfail should renamed as "WE ALWAYS FAIL. There service is frustrating to say the least.For the past 3 months I've recieved texts every bloody week saying your water is due for delivery ,when they'd, a week before came again with delivery.Then u try to call,make sure you have half a day spare til someone answers.i requested can this please be fixed for once,the lady had a bit of attitude towards me . Are you KIDDING me, I've been trying to tell this lady I'm tied of nothing ever being rectified,I also inquired as to why I never receive an email to say I've paid,was then told abruptly I need to have direct debit to receive an invoice.i said that I pay by credit card & always have with"THERE PHONE SERVICE OPTION ",she then began to talk over me,I then said I want to no longer be a customer, I was all paid up,she then said I had 5 cents owing.i told her I'd leave the bottles out,was agreed & I've stuck 5 cents on one of the bottles.I decided to write this review as ive just received another text saying your delivery is due on Monday 🤣🤣🤣 ahh you've gotta laugh. .I've rang this company around 5 times.I refuse to call them again.I also sent an equiry email on there website thinking that it might be a better way to go,it states they will get back to you within 2 business days,well it's over a month when I did that and I've heard nothing.. This company is a circus, Support your local suppliers,they are much cheaper to.

Hi i have been a customer for 10 years then they started to change payment methods and each time we went along to the last time they wanted direct debit order we asked for any other method but they said if we dont like it we can take our business somewhere else .So we terminated or cotract Never Fail said they would pick up their cooler up the next delivery date so we put out the machine and empty bottles to be picked up .We were home all day ,later i went out to see that they had delivered 2 more full bottles .I phoned them up to notify them that i terminated my contract .They argued that were not in the wrong .Never Fail said that they would come and pick up the machine and bottles. To day it is a week later and the machine and bottles are still standing in my garage ?That s why companies go under because their is no customer care or follow up shame on you Never Fail 😠

We are happy with the product itself but so many mistakes and delivery, payment issues even we keep calling as online setting or chat was also didn’t work properly. Never right... e.g. suddenly text reminder stopped so asked to remind again, did not fixed, so asked the deliver guy, not fixed even he said he would l tell the team, so had to ring again, Delivered wrong number bottles (ordered 5 bottles and getting 5 for few months then suddenly got 8 bottles and charged. so had to ring, I’ve clearly been told he will fix, then got 6 bottles!!! It’s all frustrating! Just a joke!!!

I don’t do direct debits so will have to close my account when I can’t pay by EFT. At present, I pay as soon as I get the tax invoice. Melanie RUMBALL. I am not John, I don’t know who that is. That’s what you want to label my review.

Neverfail Water is a business that does not look after their customers. I had been their customer for more than 30 years and they treated me very poorly and disrespectfully. My suggestion is to buy an under-the-sink water filter that gives you unlimited clean water for a tiny fraction of the price. Don't use Neverfail.

In the past I have been quite happy with Neverfail even though I am told the water is coming one day but the delivery is a few days before, I have not put the empties out and the delivery guy does not ring the door bell. But my biggest disappointment was when I call recently asking if I could exchange my recently delivery 4 large bottles for smaller ones due to the fact my husband had developed two hernias requiring surgery and would not be able to left heavy items before nor after for a period of 8 weeks after surgery. I request if I could exchange for the small bottles as I could not left the large ones. I was told there was nothing they could do but if I wished I could purchase another 4 of the smaller bottles. No customer service at all.

I requested a further extension of my delivery suspension on 05/04 but this appears to not have been processed. As I will be away for the next month I find this response unsatisfactory. Thanks, Andy

The worst company I ever dealt with . I regret ever getting in touch with Neverfail . Should change name to always fail spring water . Go and hide under the first rock ! You guys stink

Poor communication. Very long wait times on the Phone and Chat lines. Email takes up to 1 week plus before you get a response. When messages are left to update an order it is 100% always messed up. Really need more effective and efficient Staff/Customer Service Staff to handle orders appropriately. Also charges need to be formatted more clearly. Yes after 2 plus years-I discontinued this Account and moved to another Company.
