“Pinwheel served as a great starting point for our daughter and introducing her to the responsibility of having a phone and that type of communication. The only issues we experienced were related to connectivity. Sometimes she would be able to make a call or send/receive a text and sometimes she wouldn't - regardless of network or WiFi connectivity. That was troubling.”

“Pinwheel meets the needs of my child while giving me peace of mind with protection. I highly recommend parents looking into this phone as an alternative to smart phones. Social media na internet access is dangerous for young minds. You can be at ease with Pinwheel.”

“Great phone with excellent parental controls. I love that they review all the apps and give an honest assessment of the benefits and dangers of different apps. Sometimes it can be hard to get some apps to work correctly, but it's never a "must have" app.”

“Overall, Pinwheel has been a great choice for our family. The apps available are appropriate for our kid and they do allow for growth as they get older. The phone is a smartphone - of sorts - so my kid is happy. There's some little pet peeves in the service that annoy me, like only being able to have one parent portal on one phone instead of having it on both parents phones, but it's not enough for me to stop using the service. The phone itself can sometimes be a bit laggy at times, but again - not a dealbreaker for us. Every time I have had to contact support, they have been responsive and helpful. When my kid broke their phone through a spectacular chain of events at the skate park, Tony R. was able to get us sorted out with a replacement right away. I regularly recommend Pinwheel to my friends and family as a great monitored phone option.”

“Julia was an absolute stellar rock star in helping me. She was knowledgable, patient, and everything that a good customer support rep should be. Thanks to her, I had a wonderful experience in the midst of the stress of trying to figure out what was wrong with the phone. I hope to not need customer support again, but if I do, I hope I get her!”
