“My family has three pinwheel phones and are very thankful for the healthy environment it affords for our children. I held a star because I have been on the support chat several times for what seems to be software admin issues that I could not have solved on my own. Though it is inconvenient to take time to solve these problems, the staff has been pleasant and helpful every time.”

“Pinwheel phone and operating system has it's growing pains, but it works for the most part. You're definetly more involved in governing your child's phone usage which is a good thing, just takes a lil extra time. I personally had some billing and phone update issues since I started out with Pinwheel, but customer service has been excellent thus far. Tony R., Juvic A., Julia O., Aimee G., Pau P. and Faith R. have all been very professional and awesome in helping me with my issues. I hope Pinwheel recognizes them for their work well done.”

“Pinwheel is a life saver for safe phone for kids to tweens and even teens....There supoort was super helpfull and there supper nice people...especily i wanna give a shoutout to Charm c for a helpfull and easy way to get some problems sorted out....if you were gonna pick betwheen pinwheel or gabb( which dont pick gabb there out for you money) i would deffenitly pick pinhweel 10 time over gabb. anyways pinwheel was super helpfull and i really like how they care for there costumers. Thxs a lot guys.”

“Love the limitations and that there are no workarounds. Sometimes there are issues with apps downloading and updating and game data has been lost which is not ideal but the safeguards outweight that inconvenience”
