“I love Pinwheel!!! We’ve been customers for two years with two teenage sons using Pinwheel devices. Customer support is outstanding! I always get prompt responses and the most helpful replies.”

“We've used Pinwheel for 4 years and we find it very useful to help keep our special needs teenager safe on her phone. It's wonderful that Pineheel offers the ability to increase or restrict parental control as your child grows and changes. I'd recommend it to all parents and those who care for special needs teens or adults.”

“They've thought of everything! My wife and I are so impressed with the Pinwheel phone! It gives parents great control, including monitoring our son's texts, and approving (or rejecting) contacts and apps. I highly recommend it!”

“We love that our daughter can have access to some apps. My favorite part of the Pinwheel service is that we can set the “sleep mode” to turn off functions at night. We like that she can keep her phone with her overnight without access but still setting and using the alarm.”

“Faith R was a huge help in getting my son's apps to download on his new phone! It took quite a bit of time and she was patient and worked thru the problem. I appreciate having access to customer service, it is a lifesaver!”
