I am waiting for a refund from this company for the past four months. The only response I get from them to my many e mails is the standard "We are sorry that the return process may take longer under the COVID-19. I think this company should not be allowed to trade. They are cheating the customer. Also posting positive reviews to make them sound reputable. Please don't go near Pricelulu

CAUTION|: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I wish I could give less than 1*. The worst company I have ever ordered from in my entire life. For weeks now, I have been begging for a return label. Every day they send me another question. The first was why would I like a return; the second being is the item opened. I told them it wasn't. Then they proceeded to ask for a picture of the Ipad, so I took a picture. Now they're saying it's unsealed. Even so, the product has not been used, but they're making me beg for a return label. I was promised 2-5 day delivery and waited more than 14 days for the product to arrive—honestly, the worst decision of my life. I will have to contact my bank for a refund at this stage. FOR YOUR OWN SANITY. Could you not BUY FROM THEM?

This Guys are Crooks. Been waiting three months for a refund. Details below of the directors. I'm sure if your order arrives and works you'll be fine. But if it's faulty you're not getting your money back. Ordered an iPad, it arrived with a dodgy plug shoved in a bag. Turned the iPad on and was loaded with a Windows operating system and registered to a company - asking for company login details. Emailed support who told me to take it to an apple store. When I told them they were all closed they eventually sent a returns address. I sent it recorded signed for delivery to the address in slough. They signed for it 90 days ago. But the support team either say they waiting for conformation from the warehouse or just send you the same copy and pasted email "Refund will be issued when the return process is finished Thank you for your purchase on Pricelulu. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us! Thank you!" I've probably emailed them 60 times. It's a virtual office in London, but the business is run out of china. The warehouse is run by a relation of the Price Lulu director - it's all just such a scam - details of both below. I did wonder if I had done the right thing ordering from them after reading some of the reviews. But my I pad turned up within the time specified. It did have a two pin plug but an adapter was sent as well. They are not very quick at answering your queries. But all said I’m pleased with my purchase

sent faulty Airpods and refused a return, advising to go throguh Apple warrantly. When i refused this option and asked for returns information they would only respond with the same warranty line each time. Spoke to apple who confirmed the item is not under warranty and consumer rights are they must accept a return and refund. No response to my emails since. Stay clear or you will lose money.

My iPad Air was posted quickly and came earlier than expected. Yes it’s from Hong Kong but they use a distribution company in the West Midlands. It is a genuine product and works perfectly. The outer packaging wasn’t great but it was packed in bubble wrap and was brand new. I read the reviews about the company and regretted my purchase initially but now very happy and would recommend them.

Fantastic service, goods despatched in 24 hours, delivered in 48 hours. Received brand new iPad Air at a much reduced price so very happy with transaction. Will definitely use Pricelulu again.

I bought an Airpods on the 23rd of October 2020, they send the item to the wrong address! On 31st of October the had the item back and since then they say that they are waiting for a notification of the returning process from the warehouse, today is 10th of March and I’m still chasing this thieves!!!To sell the item the dispatch in 2 to 3 days but when is about returns they make fun of you!!! All i want is my 177.99£ Back!!!! Can someone advise me what to do please? And ease atop buying from them!!!

People like this should not be authorise to do business. They failed to deliver a £200 parcel, failed also to return the money which they keep holding for no reason. Rude and totally disrespectful customer service. Stay clear from this bunch of crooks, I exchanged nealry 20 messages with them, chatting with total ignorants with no names and no solutions.

I ordered a Samsung Buds Live, its half price comparing with most websites. It came earlier than estimated day, everything is perfect and I would recommend. I did not try to contact them because when I order something, I am sure of what I want. If you are like me, I would recommend it. If you are someone that makes usual mistakes, that buys something and plans to return than maybe you should go to somewhere else.

I ordered an Ipad at the beginning of October 2020 as a Christmas present for my daughter, at the time of purchase it stated 4 week lead-time. 6 weeks later around the middle of November i contatced Pricelulu and was told not to worry the item would arrive before Christmas. I follwed this up several tiomes after this but with no response until 24th December i got an email to say it wouldn't be sent and would i like a refund! I asked for a refund and spent the whole day then searching for an Ipad for Christmas with no success. I then got an email on the 6th Jan to say that they were going to ship the Ipad out to me, I replied stating i had asked for a refund as per the email on the 24th Jan and not to send the item as it was no longer needed. They have still sent it and not offered a refunded my money despite me asking them not to and ruining Christmas.

This is a scam, they don’t refund you after you have returned the item. They just don’t even reply. We are taking legal action against and reporting them to watchdog.

Ordered product on a fri evening. Sent an e mail at the weekend and received a reply first thing Mon morn. Responsive customer service. I found the email to be much more responsive than the provided whatsapp number. Tracking number provided. Bought a Nintendo switch (EVERYWHERE had sold out) for 269.99. 31 pounds cheaper than the next best offer o Amazon, which had a 3 week waiting list anyway. There are some negative reviews that appear to be mostly from impatient people or expecting the same level of customer service as Amazon. Yes it's a Chinese company but they offer real discounted items (many bought abroad as any electronic device arrives with a UK adaptor) that arrive within the 6 day window they state. Overall, I can see no fault in pricelulu. Will definitely keep on using.

I want to let everyone know that price lulu are a RUBBISH company. A friend of mine's son purchased an iPad for the start of his university courses in October 2020 and to date have still NOT RECEIVED his iPad. Two failed delivery attempts by royal mail resulting in the item being returned meant his university education is suffering. The iPad ended up being returned to the Wolverhampton DO and so he has been expecting a refund and has also been emailing them continuously and has been promised the refund. He is EXTREMELY disappointed with the length of time he has been left with nothing to work with at university and wants everyone to know of his experience and that you should AVOID ordering from this company. If anyone has any advice on how he can contact them because they NEVER answer their wattsup number?

Ordered Samsung galaxy watch 46mm using pricelulu. Was worried after reading a lot of negative reviews about the quality of product received as well as the delays in delivery/ missing orders and poor customer service. However I was delighted to have received my order promptly (within a week) and the product was up to the expected standard. Have been using the watch with no issues. Pricelulu had the best price by far so am very glad I ordered through this company. Only negative is the charger seemed to be from UAE? Not sure if this is the normal one you would receive if you order to the UK but it has worked well all the same. I also read reviews which said this company ships refurbished items. Not sure if my watch is refurbished but it looked to be in brand new condition when I received it.

WARNING DO NOT USE CHINESE COMPANY NOT UK - Money was taken last year 4th December, NO ITEM and NO REFUND still (as of the 19th Jan 21) Despite many emails, forms and the suggested WhatsApp support I am no further forward. When DPD tried to deliver on Christmas Eve, the issue was that the delivery driver marked the shipment down as 'refused' which it wasn't as no one was on site at that on time of the morning, and they didn't leave a card to let me know they tried to deliver. Pricelulu is waiting to receive the item back in the warehouse in China before deciding whether to issue a refund. The communication is awful, and the whole process will leave you stressed IF you run into any issues, you will feel simply terrible with the responses you receive from the support email address that heads up the customer services. The company director is someone called Fei SHEN, a Chinese national who has registered a business at companies house called MEAS HOLDINGS LIMITED (12394758), Suite 11a, 7 Bell Yard, London, United Kingdom, WC2A 2JR. But unfortunately, the whole operation is run out of China, which explains the poor comms and the lack of understanding of DPD and UK couriers in general. I feel as if once you purchase and hand over your money you better pray for smooth delivery.
