I ordered an Ipad at the beginning of October 2020 as a Christmas present for my daughter, at the time of purchase it stated 4 week lead-time. 6 weeks later around the middle of November i contatced Pricelulu and was told not to worry the item would arrive before Christmas. I follwed this up several tiomes after this but with no response until 24th December i got an email to say it wouldn't be sent and would i like a refund! I asked for a refund and spent the whole day then searching for an Ipad for Christmas with no success. I then got an email on the 6th Jan to say that they were going to ship the Ipad out to me, I replied stating i had asked for a refund as per the email on the 24th Jan and not to send the item as it was no longer needed. They have still sent it and not offered a refunded my money despite me asking them not to and ruining Christmas.
