People like this should not be authorise to do business.
They failed to deliver a £200 parcel, failed also to return the money which they keep holding for no reason.
Rude and totally disrespectful customer service.
Stay clear from this bunch of crooks, I exchanged nealry 20 messages with them, chatting with total ignorants with no names and no solutions.
