“I have used your printer ink for years but I recently purchased a black cartridge from you and my machine won't accept it. I can see a visible difference in the two cartridges ie the old one which fits and the new one which doesn't. I have been offered a replacement but for the future I may have to shop elsewhere.”

“I purchased my ink cartridge as a spare and not used it yet. It is the right one for my printer. Also I am yet to use the photo paper. Although it came in 2 separate parcels the packaging and delivery was excellent.”

“Whilst I am very pleased with the products and your competitive pricing I am hugely disappointed with your delivery partner Evri. They always deliver to the wrong address in fact the last delivery was left on my neighbours bins! I’m not sure if I will place another order with your company as a result of your courier partner.”
