“The ink is good and the printer accepts the cartridge. My only gripe is that my printer cartridge had run out of a certain colour and was printing pink instead of blue and yet it was showing is was still half full! I had to buy another which doesn't make it such a bargain.”

“I haven't tried the ink yet, but never have a problem with the generic ink I buy from Printerinks. I do have an issue with Evri, the delivery firm, who never seem to deliver my or my neighbours' parcels correctly. When I know beforehand, I try not to buy from a firm that uses Evri.”

“The ink seems ok Hwever, your website does not make it clear enough that it is not a Canon product I am buying. I have used imitations in the past and they have been unsatisfactory”

“I was under the impression that from the day I ordered my inks I would be only waiting 2/3 days for delivery but I didn’t receive it until 8 days later”

“I'm sure the products are good having used them before. However, on this occasion I ordered the wrong items which I found out when I tried to fit it in the printer. As it was a cartridge from a multipack it was a total loss, but my error.”
