“I bought the ink cartridges and I was led to beleive they were Canon but apparently they are not! So I am trying to return them, but am still waiting for an email confirmation to arrange a return.”

“Not used the refill inks yet but the service was excellent! Very quick delivery and arrived in good condition. I could have waited till my ink tanks were low but I'm one who likes to have a spare set in hand so I don't run out of something unexpected occurs.”

“I have found Printerinks a great firm to deal with. Their prices are competitive and the delivery is fast. If I have one small criticism it is that I have to use their site as a guest. Even after a gentle enquiry I was not able to log into the website as a regular client.”
