“Inks ordered over 2 weeks ago and still not arrived. I have called on numerous occasions and asked for a refund and for information regarding the delivery False promises that my concerns escalated to customer care and that they would be in touch I have heard nothing I have asked for refund ( £91) and this has not been actioned Awful service”

Hi, I'm very sorry that your order was delayed. I can see that it was placed in the evening of 28th May and dispatched the following morning by our free standard delivery service which usually takes 2-3 working days. Delivery was made after 6 working days (on the day you posted this review), which is not in line with our expectations, and for which we sincerely apologise. I understand that you are frustrated with not receiving an update when you requested a refund the day before you left the review - this is because we were attempting to have the delivery returned, and were awaiting a response from the carrier. Once again, I apologise for the poor experience that you have had with this order, and assure you that your feedback is being used in evaluation of our services.

Hi Robert I'm sorry that the cartridge isn't functioning correctly. I see you also contacted me by email, and that I have already sent a replacement. Hopefully you have received that by now and all is well - if you need any further help with this, or any other issue, please just reply to my last email and I'll address any concerns that you may have. “Excellent service and reasonable price for cartridges, Delivery was delayed as they said no one was in they left a card in the House Managers box saying that but she was away . I think the delivers should give a time either Morning or afternoon between times. The deliver when he came was very friendly.”
