“Yes, your delivery was good. But, I was surprise when I got your message that my delivery address was not clear. If I have gotten it at your first attempt that should have been excellent because I ran out ink in the middle of a job. I had to wait for four days before receiving it. On the whole, I was glad, to receive it from the courier as I was about stepping out for a journey outside London, their should have been nobody to collect it. Thank you very much that I got before my trip.”

“Order no. 22343145 Not at all impressed with Printerinks: I ordered a four-colour set for my HP Office Jet Pro 9010 printer-scanner but the inks that I received were quite different and there was certainly no way they would fit my printer! The irony is that that the on-screen delivery note that came with them did include a small colour picture of the correct set. As things are now my work is at a standstill so I hope that you will correctly fill my order as soon as possible. I cannot afford to lose £94.03. GH”

“I ordered printer ink on friday 24 May about midday.I paid the 2.99 quoted on your order form for the 1 to 2 day delivery.Despite phone calls to printerinks i did not get delivery until after 6.00 pm on friday 31 May.On one of the phone calls on wednesday 29 May i was told by the male person i spoke to that you do not do deliveries on saturdays and sunday and monday was holiday and the delivery would be made that day or thursday at latedt.I did not see any notice that you did not do deliveries on the public holidays and in any event you had friday afternoon and tuesday to arrange delivery. I was not impressed by that man,s dismissive attitude and his obvious untruth as the delivery was not made until late on friday. Not at all a satisfied customer.I expect the 2.99 charge to be refunfed”

“Received a printer ink cartridge for my Canon 5350 printer BUT when I inserted it it was not recognised . I asked what to do? Your complaint system which only allows me to follow up if I am prepared to go to the back of the queue is perfectly ridiculous. I ask whats going on and get bumped to the rear. Thanks”

“Over the years I have sometimes found that HP printers can spot a cartridge that is not a genuine HP one ans sometimes they do not work. However when I switched to Printerinks the success rate has been very good. However the last cartridge from a batch I bought did not work, only threw up error messages. I informed Printerinks expecting them to send a refund or replacement. They said that the order was over a year (just) and they declined to do so. Poor customer service in my book”

“I have been using them for a few years now, and am very happy with their products. The only problem I encountered this time was that they've changed their courier to Evri, which means it takes longer to arrive. Won't stop me using them though.”

“I ordered my ink cartridges which I received, but as I was buying 2 and getting the third free it also gave me another free give to choose, of which I chose a teen of copy paper which did not come along with my order. Still waiting on a reply to when I will be receiving this”
