“Did exactly what was promised - cartridges fitting my printer arrived promptly (desapite the Post Office's delays) and they were a very good price. I was up and running (printing!) again immediately.”

“Inks arrived very quickly (thank you!) and although they are not original hp cartridges, THEY WORK! -- unlike the set I got from Tesco 😡. They're extra large volumes too, so should last a good while. 👍”

“YOUR LAST DELIVERY WAS O.K. I DO UNDERSTAND THAT WITH THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD, YOUR DELIVGERIES WERE NOT UP TO YOUR USUAL PROMPTNESS BUT EVERYTHING IS NOW BACK TO NORMAL. CAN YOU TELL ME IF THERE ARE OTHER PRINTERS OUT THERE THAAT I CAN USE MY 301 INKS WITH ? THIS PRINTER IS GETTING VERY SLOW. ALSO i WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A PRINTER THAT CAN ENLARGE/REDUCE THE SIZE OF THE PAGE WHEN I AM COPYING. THANK YOU. M.HAWKINS”

“My new printer refused to accept a compatibility HP cartridge because HP have "fixed" their printer so it won't take compatible cartridges. Not Printink fault but the took back the cartridges straight away with no questions asked. Great service I will not buy any more HP products”

“I haven't received the printer inks yet so can't comment on the quaility but so far, I have had the following: - ordered on 31st Dec (so undertand the timing is affected by NYD) and paid for 48 hours delivery - recieved an email to track but was given a tracking number but not told where (which company) to track it with so I had to search myself - on 6th Jan Royal Mail tracking showed they hadnt' received it yet - 7th Jan I recieved an email to review the service (still hadn't received parcel) - 8th Jan - tracking link on Royal Mail wasn't working for me - 8th Jan - spoke to Customer Services for PrinterInks (gentleman was very professional and polite) - they had to use the Royal Mail tracking to inform me it would be delivered on 9th Jan - this is 6 business days after my order was place - Customer Services have agreed to refund the £0.99 for the 48 hour delivery option but it's more disappointing that it has taken so long and I have had to spend a lot of my time trying to track it and things not working. Unfortunatley, not a good experience for us.”

“Order placed and ready for dispatch BUT delivery is with Evri how took 4 days to pick up the order and then lost the order. This is not unusual with Evri Order placed on 2nd Jan still waiting on 8th Jan 25”

“Purchased on Christmas Day, did not get dispatch email until after I emailed and queried on 2nd Jan. Paid for 24 hour Tracked delivery. Was sent using 48 Hour. Still have not recieved a refund for the incorrect shipping and not recieved a reply to my follow up email. Unprofessional response. Won't be using again.”
