“I am not sure if you sent the right cartridges. The ones you sent do not have a clip on the top to hold them in place. They just seem to have small knibs. To date I have not needed to replace any existing cartridges so will wait until I need to. Not prpared to make a rating until my need to replace them.”

“Good site to negotiate. Quick delivery, though evri driver was just going to leave package on doorstep and sod off without ringing doorbell, and when asked politely if he would have rung doorbell, just grunted and dashed back to van. Not good.”
