“If you have to cancel an order expect a long wait for any refund payment. I paid by PayPal but had to cancel the order the same day due to my printer not accepting supposed compatible cartridges. It took over a month for Printerinks to return the money to my PayPal account.”

“You value my feedback I am afraid it is not very good I ordered a set of printer inks in December I received the order without the black ink to be informed I wouldn't receive it until end of January doesn't say much for your stock controller. I have used you before and didn't have a problem what happened this time?? Regards A. Sinclair”

“I was advised my order would arrive in 2-3 days. After 5 days I sent an email to Printerinks advising I had not received my order. I did nkt get a reply to my email, I then telephonedand was told my order had been delivered 3 days previously. The adviser sent me a copy of the photograph they had received from DPD. I evdntually traced the packet. At no.time did DPD contact me or leave a card telling mewhere the packet. It had been sitting outside for 3 days”

“Hi over the years I have used Brother Cartridges and had lots of printing usage, but with the last set put into my printer some of the printing has not come out very well, I will try to print as much as I can to see if it becomes perfect as usual. I will come back to you when I need some more refills. THAT IS ALL FOR NOW BY.”

“The "compatible" cartridges were not compatible with my HP printer. Having contacted printerinks they agreed that I could return the cartridges and would get a refund. They say it is the resposibility of the seller, not them, to arrange the refund. Despite reminders, I have heard nothing back from printerinks who were supposed to be acquiring a return label to send them back and achieve my refund. Pretty appalling service.”
