“There was a problem whilst trying to order online and it looked like the order hadn't gone through (blue circle of death on the screen for many minutes). I had to start again and then got charged twice! However they did sort it out for me when I phoned them though It took a few days to refund the money. I also was entitles to a free gift which I clicked on to add to my basket (a ream of paper) but never received. Not altogther happy.”

“Just got back from weekend away. On Friday received a message from courier that parcel delivered along with a photo of it in a bin. The bin is a brown garden waste bin and we dont have one, Checked with neighbours and those bins were emptied by the Council on Saturday. Please replace the order and bill the courier for the cost.
