“Previous orders were fast and efficient, but this time immediately I received confirmation there was a problem, using your system I requested a change which did not happen, I then requested a phone call, which did not happen, and next day , took 5 days”

“Nothing wrong with the product but we do have a complaint about Evri and delivery. The package was not delivered to us but to the farm next door where it was placed on a table on top of a whole lot of machine parts. The driver had not heeded the sign to our house and it took us some time to contact the owner of the farm to retrieve the item. Zero points for Evri.”

“Very quickly dispatched and good packaging. Unfortunately no envelope to post off used cartridges to enable used cartrdges to be recycled as per invoice this has happened on previous orders hence 3 stars.”

“Having had a problem with non HP ink cartridges in the past and therefore buying expensive genuine ones I was advised by a friend to use Printer Inks but by mistake I ordered genuine HP ones but was unable to cancel so phoned to say what I had done and to my amazement I was told that I would be sent some Printer Ink cartridges to try free. I have now ordered my first ones since that occasion and am delighted with them. No problem putting them in or changing and excellent print quality. thank you”

“Always delivered promptly. Problem is I cannot recall if it was the next day or the day after that so my response to another question below may be slightly inaccurate. This has also solved the problerm of a minimum 10 characters. Good service does not need to be waffled about and this was good service.”
