“No Problem with the PrinterInks. Very dissointed with the lack of customer services. I was charged more than advertised and could not speak to a human. The drated chat box was completely useless. Poorly rated due to lack of customer service.”

“Printerinks are great, pity they use Evri as delivery agents, called Evri as there's Evri chance it will be late or delayed. You need another delivery option guys, would have been 5 stars otherwise”

“I ordered inkjet compatible ink for Epson printer (Cheetah multipack) and my printer does not recognise the cartridges, therefore they are not compatible. I have dealt many times with your company and have had no complaints. I feel very disappointed as I appear to have wasted my money and will have to find cartridges somewhere else. Also I tried phoning this morning and gave up holding on after at least half an hour.”

“I have used Printer inks for a number of years and am very happy with the service provided. Speed of delivery of replacement print cartridges is excellent. Sadly, I have to report that I ordered RI-CL-546X and ...PG 545XL "Compatible Canon High Capacity Ink Cartridges" and they are not in any way compatible with my Canon Pixma 3355 printer - the red colour disappeared and even the black turned a dirty green. Replacing these "Compatible"cartridges with Originals immediately resolved the problem. You would be advised to remove the designation "Compatible" from the description of the alternative cartridges.”
