“I dealt with Ray in the Milton Keynes branch. The quality of service and communication from the first enquiry to the receipt of the ring was fantastic. Quality Diamonds make sure you get exactly what you want at a fraction of the high street price. There is no pressure at any stage for a sale and nothing is too much trouble, including ensuring we got the ring by Christmas despite only confirming the order a matter of days before. Don't go any further if you are looking for an engagement ring. Thanks again Ray.”

“The 17th December was probably a little too close to Christmas to shop for our proper engagement ring but having designed it on-line we had a good idea of what we wanted. An evening appointment with Linn at QD in Hatton Garden who was great and took us through all the options and once the setting was agreed, gave us a great overview of diamonds available and helped us pick the perfect one for our budget. Compared to what we'd seen on the high street there was no contest. To top it off, even though we'd officially missed the Christmas deadline, QD came through and I was able to pick the ring up on the Tuesday in time for a little extra Christmas surprise. Many thanks to Linn and Eric for all their help. Will be seeing you soon for the wedding rings.”

“From my initial telephone contact with Quality Diamonds, through the diamond selection and design of my setting, I was so glad that i had chosen this company to make my special celebratory ring for my 50th Birthday. My taste is unusual and I have a very good eye for detail, thus when I selected the Internally Flawless Asscher cut diamond for my ring and discovered it was in India, Eric immediately organised for it to be sent to London. On arrival a week or so later, I viewed the diamond, fell in love with it and set to, choosing the perfect setting for this Art Deco style, beautiful stone. Throughout the whole process all the staff, but especially Eric, were helpful, kind and open to my ideas and questions. Eric was intrinsic to the whole service and his knowledge and design appreciation was invaluable. The whole service was professional from beginning to end and the day of collection was very exciting. The ring was perfect, and I was quite speechless at its beauty and that it was exactly as I had hoped. Needless to say, it has not left my finger since! Would I use Quality Diamonds again? Without a second's doubt!”

“I have recently purchased an engagement ring. I really had little idea of where to start but I learnt things about Diamonds I had never even considered. I was very impressed at the time taken to go through the vast array of available options, making sure that I was happy with my choice. The finished article was a sparkling beautiful ring, that surpassed my expectations, especially given the very reasonable price. If she says yes, I'll be back for the wedding rings :-)”

“I did a lot of research when shopping for an engagement ring and went into the purchase very cautiously. I have experienced other jewellers "selling up" their wares and presenting information which can be a little misleading and so I found dealing Quality Diamonds to be an absolute relief: Their advice was excellent, they were straight-forward and honest at every stage and their prices are very good indeed. The process was handled professionally right the way through and I was extremely impressed with the end product. More importantly, so was she! Wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would recommend to anyone.”

“I purchased a beautiful pair of diamond earrings from Quality Diamonds. Ray in the Milton Keynes office was extremely professional in helping me choose both the actual diamonds and the setting. When I collected my earrings, they were waiting for me in a lovely presentation box, under a spotlight on his desk and were the first thing I saw when I entered the room. “Firstly I had amazing service and help in finding exactly the diamonds I was looking for. I ended up with a better specification of diamonds due to such helpful staff. The diamonds and setting were exactly what I wanted and my ring is absolutely beautiful. “I recently purchased a diamond ring from Quality Diamonds. Their website enabled me to understand the whole process as I am new to the whole diamond experience. Once I had done my own research and selected some stones that I thought were the best combination of quality and cost, I organised an appointment at the Hatton Garden office with Eric who took me through the finer details of the process simply and without pressure. The stone was set in just over a week and I visited to collect. I would recommend Quality Diamonds for service and quality and will buy from them again”

“I spent some time picking a stone but unfortunately by the time my funds cleared it was no longer available. My first thought (I am something of a cynic!) was that this was some kind of scam, show you a great thing then low and behold not actually available etc. but I needn't have worried. Paul worked tirelessly, even when not actually at work and weekends, to find me another one. In the end got an amazing ring at a great price (probably half or better than shop prices). The whole service is first class and I have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“I went in with a vague brief of what I was looking for but was immediately reassured by the knowledge and suggestions made. I was shown examples and the difference in clarity, cut etc was fully explained which allowed me to make an informed choice. They are easily contactable and making appointments was never a problem. I would highly recommend over high street stores as they can offer more time and a more personal experience.”
