“Excellent customer service! I had a custom order for an engagement ring and Juliet G helped me greatly. She made the process smooth and easy, considering I have zero knowledge of diamonds. Prices are competitive with other big-name online stores. Overall I've had a great experience with Ritani and would definitely recommend it to others.”

“The prices and variation of Lab Diamonds were very good, Delivery was secure and the diamonds found in the earring studs appeared to be very pretty. Being a gift that has yet to be given I can't identify the joy. My only issue was the website, I found it at times difficult to use and tracking the order wasn't as easy as I felt it should be. But based on what I see in the beauty of the Lab stones along with the nice packaging and prices, I will be shopping at the Ritani website again to find a matching pendant necklace.”

“Overall the diamond and the setting looked great. I didn't think I was going to be able to find a diamond with the 4 C's, but I was able to find one thanks to Ritani. I would rate them a 5 out of 5. The only thing I would have had an issue with was the delivery method. The item was supposed to require a signature but it was left in my mailbox. It could have been really bad for the item to be stolen because of that reason.”

“The Ritani team were super friendly & helpful in ordering my emerald cut diamond! We did experience some delays & miscommunication on the diamond being in stock and shipping out later than expected. This was frustrating BUT the communication & friendliness of Ritani staff was very positive. The diamond EXCEEDED my hopes and is now sparkling brightly on my finger in my engagement ring!”
