“The whole process was very easy. The only thing that I can put fault on this purchase is that I was told that I would need to sign for the package. This was not true, the delivery driver left the package by the door and didn't even bother to ring the doorbell. Thanks to my video doorbell, I knew someone was at the door. I was able to retrieve the package. Otherwise, it could have been stolen.”

“I am not happy with the band I decided on. I feel it is slightly misrepresented in the pictures. The pictures make it appear wider than it truly is. I will be returning the ring and hopefully finding something new. Had to completely redo the timing of asking the big question.”

“Hello, I placed an order later than I should have and it said it would arrive after Christmas which was my fault. Then 1 day later it said it would be arriving the 21st or 22nd. It didn't come on the 21st and it said it was still in New York. Oh well I thought but gave your customer service a call to see if it might get here before or I had to go out and buy another Christmas present. Nicole W answered and assured me that it was being packaged up and would be sent out that night she thought. Nicole offered to give me an email update when it was shipped. I got an email a few hours later from her with the subject line "Only good news! Order update for #11332". Really a nice gal and she is an asset to your company, probably should give her a raise. To sum it all up, a big "Thank You" to everyone at Ritani, by the way the earrings look great. Happy Holidays to everyone at Ritani.”

“My only complaint was I picked out two different lab grown diamonds and after going thru the process of ordering . I got the email then next day saying they were not available, these were coming from over seas and bought before my order was placed with there supplier, but, they made me very satisfied with the costumer service , the person I spoke with made it her point to find a locally lab grown diamond to have in the very short time I had to work with and even cut the price to match the what I already had pick out before. I would same I am very satisfied, just had a couple hiccups along the way.”

“searched for a couple of months on several of the top sites - james allen, blue nile, brilliant earth, etc., and by far the best experience i had was with ritani. among all the chat sessions, emails, and calls, with each representative, the most responsive, patient, and understanding (had tons of questions) was with them, specifically juliet.”

“My Fiancee and I were completely satisfied with the service that we received from the team at Ritani in their Whiteplains showroom. Maria and Juliet were super, super professional and supportive throughout the entire process of purchasing an engagement ring. I would strongly recommend this company. The people are very honest, responsive and certainly no hard sale pitch, which was highly unusual. We were not only happy with the service, but more importantly, the price is very reasonable (didn't have to break the bank (lol).”
