My only complaint was I picked out two different lab grown diamonds and after going thru the process of ordering . I got the email then next day saying they were not available, these were coming from over seas and bought before my order was placed with there supplier, but, they made me very satisfied with the costumer service , the person I spoke with made it her point to find a locally lab grown diamond to have in the very short time I had to work with and even cut the price to match the what I already had pick out before. I would same I am very satisfied, just had a couple hiccups along the way.
