I have had the worst experience from this company. So unresponsive and unprofessional that I don't think they actually have any customer service staff on payroll. I will not be using this company for my Early Years supplies anymore.

I was sent a bath toy that was not the same as the image shown on the website. In fact it was a much cheaper poor quality version. I pointed this out to seller, but there was no admitting of this or help in the process of return. I had to send the discounted version back on my own expenses.

Absolutely disgraceful poor service do not waste your time using them, took 4 weeks to receive order which was a birthday present so my nephew got this after his birthday, tried to communicate with company just same old thing was said and didn’t get anywhere

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They have no intention of delivering your goods, only taking your money and running. The customer service provided to me was absolutely disgusting and rude beyond belief. No duty of care at all.

The updates for delivery were terrible. All my items arrived at completely different times and I’ve still not received one of them. I spent over £300 for my best friends little girl who has brain damage due to a misdiagnosis and unfortunately the room will now not be complete for her return home.

I ordered 3 things. I have the balance beam. The beanbag is showing as delivered which is not here.the tuff tray arrived damaged which you have kindly resent and waiting on that to come.

Absolutely awful. My order shipped but never arrived, when I tried to contact the company I was told they would look in to it and not to contact them again. I never heard back from them. I tried to cancel my order but got no reply. I received a second shipping notification and again tried to cancel my order but was told because it had shipped I couldn’t. The package arrived with a damaged box. I am still trying to get in touch with the company for a full refund rather than store credit. I would never use this company again.

Missing order which I had to chase up four times, receiving automated messages throughout. Then, 2 out of 5 of the items that finally arrived were incorrect and of a lesser value than those ordered. AGAIN, I have had to chase this up and AGAIN I have been directed to automated/general problems help, which do not give me the options I need. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I ordered my son a bean bag the beginning of June (5th) it is now the 12th of July I still do not have the bean bag and I have emailed lots and haven’t got my money back either. I tried to phone them and a 16 second phone call to be told they don’t do phone calls cost me £6. I am fuming with them. I will not be buying off them ever again.

I placed my order 3 months ago and have not received it. I have chased via 12 emails and 3 website contact page messages and have received 1 reply, which said they would check with the warehouse. Nothing since As a not for profit charity we can not afford to lose the £500 they have taken, and the children now have to do without these education pieces

I ordered £250 worth of products 11 days ago and they haven't arrived. No contact from the company, no responses. I've come across another review platform where customers say this has happened repeatedly to them so I feel I've been robbed. They also delete negative reviews so it's impossible to realise this beforehand. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "COMPANY".
