My order didn’t turn up still waiting and over 100 calls to the company and no one communicates with the whereabouts. Appalling considering how hard it is to find a decent company that sells a range of sensory toys extremely disappointed

Dispute over goods not delivered. Have emailed customer Service on numerous occasions, no response, have left over 10 messages on the telephone 0330 and no response. I cannot get to speak to anyone. The 0800 say issue with shortage of staff Please sort. I will not be paying outstanding invoice until resolved. The answerphone message says will get back to you soon - that is definitely not happening.

Great products, but that’s it! Try to get in touch with so called customer service on the phone I tried on numerous occasions over 4 days and had 0 response. Email was a little better,as they did respond,but did not answer my questions. I have found them dreadful and will never use them again.

I would have given zero stars if I could. Ordered some items for a primary school on 4th September and still waiting for delivery. I have emailed 3 times asking for an update, no response to date! Terrible service and would never purchase from them again!

Made an order last Christmas and it never arrived even though I paid for it. Can't get through to company even though I have emailed them several times and no refund received. So basically have lost my money.

Terrible. Part of my order never arrived, no one will get in touch with me, they keep sending me to a page that i am unable to use- very poor experience and the worst customer service. Plus they won't answer the phone.

Avoid this company like the plague - total scammers. I made an order months ago which did not arrive - I have been trying to get a refund for weeks now but get no response other than an automated email saying they are looking into it. Others have said the same and a cursory look online shows how many people have had similar experiences with this company.

Ordered a Sensory Hug Swing and a Sensory Mood Ball on 1st August (and paid 2nd August) - they never delivered the Mood Ball. Customer Service is non existent and my complaint letter has been ignored. Now they're sending overdue invoices (when they owe ME money)! Keep away from this company!

After several weeks and little to none communication I still haven't received my parcel which was apparently delivered whilst I was at home. I am now at a loss of what to do and need someone to contact me to help.

Horrific experience. Ordered item on 17th June, item didn’t arrive and multiple emails ignored to the point I had to raise a dispute with my bank on 22nd July. Item was then shipped out randomly and delivered on 10th August and then this site threatened me with CCJ unless I paid again!! Bloody cheek. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE THEY ARE DODGY AS HELL.

I have had the worst experience from this company. So unresponsive and unprofessional that I don't think they actually have any customer service staff on payroll. I will not be using this company for my Early Years supplies anymore.

I was sent a bath toy that was not the same as the image shown on the website. In fact it was a much cheaper poor quality version. I pointed this out to seller, but there was no admitting of this or help in the process of return. I had to send the discounted version back on my own expenses.

Absolutely disgraceful poor service do not waste your time using them, took 4 weeks to receive order which was a birthday present so my nephew got this after his birthday, tried to communicate with company just same old thing was said and didn’t get anywhere

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They have no intention of delivering your goods, only taking your money and running. The customer service provided to me was absolutely disgusting and rude beyond belief. No duty of care at all.

The updates for delivery were terrible. All my items arrived at completely different times and I’ve still not received one of them. I spent over £300 for my best friends little girl who has brain damage due to a misdiagnosis and unfortunately the room will now not be complete for her return home.
