Ordered for a child in our charity run preschool. And still not received item 6 months later. One email reply saying it’s being looked into, now won’t reply to any email. Also have been blocked by them on Facebook. Also don’t answer phones.

All in all not a great experience with this company. I have ordered a sensory light panel for my daughter’s birthday, as it stands it’s not likely to come in time as 4 weeks have already passed and no sign of it. I have emailed customer service and received automated responses. I have also filled out the form on the website to trace my order but no response from that either. Really disappointed with the lack of communication and worried I have paid out money to a company that cannot fulfil the order.

Took my money. Nothing arrived. Contacted over and over again only to receive one of my items - BROKEN! Ignores communication. This website is run by a conman.

I waited once again after several emails & no reply why? I now waited another 5 days for a reply from yourselves but just the the automated reply as if you had read my first email or even looked at my order you would have realised my name is Grace not Jadene “on fire” ******** It’s seems like you’ve made no efforts at all to trace my order & not kept me informed about any processes or results since me first ordering on the 3rd June As I’ve given you plenty of time & been very patient (even when I’ve got a sensory needs little girl who is heart broken) I think it’s now time to get trading standards involved I know some items take longer to goods issue but there bespoke items not off the shelf items & to thinks I was going to order lots more items as you would be able to see by what I had in my basket but luckily for myself I cut this back & thought I’d wait for my first order first I also know I’m well in rights to take this to trading standard now as part of my job where I work is keep us legally compliant & within all trading standards policies & have worked very closely with them before

Terrible service all round. My order still hasn't turned up and I've been waiting a month. I've emailed several times but just get an automated email back. I've asked someone to call to let me know what's going on but no one has. I've also asked to cancel my order but again, no response. I'm starting to think I've been scammed. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

I have been in touch with Sensory Education several times about my missing order 27653323676. This was ordered on 10th May and allegedly dispatched the day after. Nearly one month after this date I have still not received it. I paid £109:95 for the products. I was told to fill in your on-line form pertaining to a shipment not arriving. I did this early on Tuesday Morning last week 30th May 2023. No acknowledgment or reply has been received. This is totally unacceptable.

I ordered a Sensory product for my son on the 4th April and emailed to check on delivery dates as I was worried I wouldn't receive it in time. The reply I received said 3-5 working days. I then emailed about the item still not having been received the week of his birthday, WC 24th April and after receiving another email to say they will resend a new item as they didn't know what happened to the original order, I told them to cancel and refund my order as it was too late to wait and had to buy my son another present. Sensory then proceeded to tell me that the new order was already sent to their warehouse and because it was automated they couldn't cancel. Meaning I was then expected to pay for postage to return an item now 6 weeks late and one I didn't even want after requesting for it to be cancelled. It's not about the money I had to pay for the return, its about the principle of Sensory causing an issue and not being supportive of the fact that I now had to return a large parcel via the post office all because of their own mix up.

My partner bought presents for our autistic boy's birthday. The Nylon Tunnel was not as described. It was meant to be a Nylon tunnel (and that is what it is called on their website but in actual fact was polyester, a different size and not hard wearing). Here is what they actually sent https://nowaszkola-com.translate.goog/art,91855?_x_tr_sl=auto&_x_tr_tl=en&_x_tr_hl=en-US&_x_tr_pto=wapp - note the Polish price in sterling is half this price too - that's not a surprise as it's a different product to what Sensory Education advertise. The parcel was left at our back door (with torrential rain forecast and the sky dark at 3pm), it wasn't even left at the porch where there was some cover. We returned home an hour later to find the parcel under a big puddle of water and the contents drenched (I know they responded to her on this site saying it was in a protective packaging, it was in standard packaging and the water drenched the contents - all cheap and tacky. You can even see where the plastic seal was on the parcel - the water is over it so got in). She has emailed, she has filled in online forms and now her number has been barred but not her work phone or my phone. No one has spoken to her or emailed her (just automated emails). I have disputed the charge at Amex. They do not adhere to UK law regarding refunds and distance selling regulations. I have a degree in law so happy to argue this case.

I placed an order on February 2, 23 and only received part of it at the end of March 2023. After several unanswered emails and calls (their voice mail informs that there is not enough staff to take the telephone), someone answered me in an email with a few words telling me that one of the missing elements had been refunded to me. This refund has never arrived in my account to date. The last item finally arrived scratched (apparently had already been used) and with the wrong color. In short... very unserious company, a real scam, my recommendation: to avoid absolutely

Poor customer service!! I’m still awaiting the biggest most expensive part of my order!! I’ve tried to contact you with no response! Also 50% of my order received is no useable / not as ordered or faulty!! Again your returns and refunds part of your website doesn’t work and your customer service people send me inactive links!! A joke all I want is what I paid for!!!

I placed an order on 27th March with an expected 3-5 days delivery. Order was received on 12th May, after numerous emails, and 3 previous alleged orders dispatched. I will not order again I am unable to select no stars as a rating.

Very poor. Items took around 12 days to come which is too long. Then at the last kinute 2 or 3 items weren't in stock and were just refunded. Very frustrating 😕

This was my first time ordering from you. And I'm disappointed to say it will also be the last. The parcel was delivered on Saturday 6th May by DPD. The weather was horrible - very heavy rain. We weren't home at the time of delivery; and rather than leaving the parcel under cover at our porch, in one of our wheely bins or with a neighbour, instead it was left outside on the ground with no shelter. We came home a hour later to find a soaking wet parcel, the contents of which were absolutely saturated. This was a present for my autistic son's birthday. As it was a holiday weekend it left me no time to order anything else. Whilst you cannot control the actions of the courier you use, you can control the emails you receive at customer care. I have still received no acknowledgment nor reply to the email I sent on the day it was delivered, which was six days ago now. I specifically asked for someone to contact me and no one did. Exceptionally bad customer service.

Thank you for bringing the delivery issue to our attention. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by leaving the package outside your doorstep. However, I am happy to inform you that DPD always sends a text and email notification of a one-hour delivery window on the day of delivery, which allows you to rearrange delivery or arrange delivery to a neighbour if you are not at home at the time of delivery. We are relieved to hear that the contents of your package, a plastic tuff tray designed for outdoor and wet water play, were not damaged by water as it is designed to withstand such conditions. While leaving a package outside is not ideal, there is an opportunity to avoid such incidents by responding to DPD delivery alerts, which gives you the flexibility to choose the delivery time that suits you best. Furthermore, we appreciate your feedback, and although we understand your concern about the packaging being wet, using the product outdoors and getting wet is what it is designed for, and it will not impact the performance of the product. Also the item is protected in a waterproof packaging material which means the item was also protected from the elements. As no damage has occurred and the item can be used exactly as designed there is very little we can do at this stage other than ask you to please ensure you use the DPD texts and emails to rearrange your delivery when you are going to be out.
Order eventually arrived after a very long wait.Zero correspondence from company despite me sending them multiple emails requesting an update. A number of items delivered were poor quality and packaging damaged. Would definitely not recommend.
