I received the wrong order, and was sent an item that I could have purchased for much less elsewhere. I contacted sensory education to arrange a return, but haven't received a response yet.

Unfortunately not all of my order arrived, and one of the items that did turn up was wrong, I’ve made several attempts to contact them and they do not respond- very disappointed

Terrible not received item although ordered in December 2022 and minimal contact from seller, even though I have tried several times to get information.

Unfortunately I ordered an item back in December and still have not received it. What makes the review a one star is that communication with this company and customer services is non existent. They send emails saying they will update me and never do. You cannot ring them as they do not answer the phone and refer to email contact. They have taken the money from me and now it’s 4 months on and I have no item. This is tantamount to stealing my money. Having since read reviews on another site not one was above one star with very dissatisfied customers. A shame as I was hopeful to get the product to help my grandson.

I spent over £100 with this company to buy equipment for my son who has suspected autism and global developmental delay. I ordered a fish bubble tube. A starry night time projector. An acrylic wall mirror. And glow in the dark stars. The fish bubble tube arrived smashed to pieces which was dangerous to open the box (see photos) The night time projector they've sent is the wrong one. They've sent a cheaper battery operated one. The one I ordered is a different design. Received in the delivery box for the nighttime projector, was a sort of "IOU" note regarding the acrylic wall mirror. The note says "mirror sent by manufacturer direct in 5-7 days." I have been provided with no tracking information for the mirror by email, letter or otherwise. There is no evidence to say the mirror exists. But on DPD, the delivery for ALL THE ITEMS is marked as completed. The only thing correct about the order was the glow in the dark stars which came with self adhesive pads that were almost impossible to unpeel and stick onto the stars. I raised a return form for the incorrect night time projector on 28th March, the same day the items were delivered, so I can adhere to the 14-day return policy. Sensory Education has not responded. Therefore, I have no information about how to process a return. I've also emailed them directly asking for tracking information for the mirror and to provide proof it is on its way. I've also asked them what will be done regarding the broken bubble tube and I've had no response.

Absolutely appalling. Read their reviews on trust pilot and don’t get scammed. I had to contact my bank, along with many others to get my money back, which luckily I did!! I also reported them to trading standards who are now looking into the company as I told them about all their reviews and how common this is! They don’t send the items and then try to either ignore you or fob you off. Please check their real reviews on trust pilot

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay in your order and we understand your frustration. You should have received a note on the packing paperwork inside the package advising you that the Jumbo dinosaurs were on back order. We are happy to inform you that these are now set for delivery this week, with DPD. As for your inquiries being ignored, please understand that we have been experiencing a high volume of emails due to the end of financial year causing a large uptick in school and hospital orders and i have raised this issue internally in case your messages have been blocked by the spam server. Appalling service and customer care. Ordered the sensory light table on 3rd March and it stated 2 weeks delivery frame. Still no table and I have tried to chase this numerous times!!!!

I seem to receive the smaller items perfectly fine but! I have been waiting for the Aurora moonlight blanket since the 3rd of October emailed many times not heard anything for months again! Last email said I would be updated on the item yet still not heard a thing. I’ve also ordered a mirror which said delivery 2 to 4 weeks it’s now been 6 weeks with no update yet again!? Absolute joke! Won’t be using again

Most of order has not been delivered after more than 4 weeks. No communication. Emails go unanswered, no telephone contact available. Very poor service. Will never use again.

Poor and non-existent customer service. Took 2 months to deliver. One item wrong but I don't have the energy to return for replacement or refund. Telephone is a waste of time because its just a recorded message that cuts you off at the end! Definitely won't be using again

Avoid using this company!!! Shocking customer service!!! Despite placing an order on the 7th Feb, and after many emails I am still waiting for delivery, despite their two week delivery time. Just tried calling them and their recorded message says they are short of staff and then cuts you off!!! Great. Well done Sensory Education.

Appauling level of service. Items ordered and paid for in July 2022. To date (March 2023) no goods have been delivered and we have not received a refund for the non received goods. When you try to call all lines are busy and when you contact by email no response is received back! Do not order from this company

First order was refunded and no reason given. Second order took nearly two weeks to be delivered and the wrong item was sent. I am still waiting for them to answer my email regarding this matter.

SensoryEducation now trading as Cheap Disability Aids have atrocious customer care. They do not answer a straight question such as "when was the order dispatched?" They finally cancelled my order, outside contract law, as they were unprepared to answer the question. I found the response discourteous and arrogant. I cannot recommend this company,

Absolutely shocking service!! Emailed way over 8 times regarding my order that still hasn’t arrived which I paid £160 for. My other order placed at the same time half of the items where incorrect. I’ve had no help, no one to fix it or tell me where my other order is. I would NOT recommend them to anyone & AVOID at all costs, as I am now £160 out of pocket and ignored. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!
