I ordered something on the 27/01/2023 expecting 2 - 4 week delivery service. I have sent over 20 emails asking were my order is and I have demanded a refund 4 times. I haven't had my refund or my order and after waiting so long for my order and so long for my refund, my last email contained 1 swear word and they blocked my emails. I have wrote in the complaints section twice and I have heard nothing back! My mum who is very vulnerable ordered something for her autistic grandson for his birthday which has been and gone and she has no money to buy him something else which has put her in a very bad place. She feels immensely guilty and she already suffers from really bad depression. It's been nearly 3 months since she placed the order. Never order from this website! They will just take your money with nothing in return.

I would never ever buy from this company again and would like to warn anyone not to buy from them I ordered two items on 10th March still waiting for one item that cost 49.99 I have asked for a refund a number of times and no responses So no item, no refund 6 weeks and counting

Your customer services are rubbish. I have ordered the same item twice and you delivered the wrong item twice. I cannot get a response apart from generic form which keep filling in. No telephone contact as sends you straight through to website. . After 4 months still awaiting refunds. No customer service. Sham if a company. Avoid at all cost

Unfortunately I ordered an item back in December and still have not received it. What makes the review a one star is that communication with this company and customer services is non existent. They send emails saying they will update me and never do. You cannot ring them as they do not answer the phone and refer to email contact. They have taken the money from me and now it’s 4 months on and I have no item. This is tantamount to stealing my money. Having since read reviews on another site not one was above one star with very dissatisfied customers. A shame as I was hopeful to get the product to help my grandson.

I spent over £100 with this company to buy equipment for my son who has suspected autism and global developmental delay. I ordered a fish bubble tube. A starry night time projector. An acrylic wall mirror. And glow in the dark stars. The fish bubble tube arrived smashed to pieces which was dangerous to open the box (see photos) The night time projector they've sent is the wrong one. They've sent a cheaper battery operated one. The one I ordered is a different design. Received in the delivery box for the nighttime projector, was a sort of "IOU" note regarding the acrylic wall mirror. The note says "mirror sent by manufacturer direct in 5-7 days." I have been provided with no tracking information for the mirror by email, letter or otherwise. There is no evidence to say the mirror exists. But on DPD, the delivery for ALL THE ITEMS is marked as completed. The only thing correct about the order was the glow in the dark stars which came with self adhesive pads that were almost impossible to unpeel and stick onto the stars. I raised a return form for the incorrect night time projector on 28th March, the same day the items were delivered, so I can adhere to the 14-day return policy. Sensory Education has not responded. Therefore, I have no information about how to process a return. I've also emailed them directly asking for tracking information for the mirror and to provide proof it is on its way. I've also asked them what will be done regarding the broken bubble tube and I've had no response.

Absolutely appalling. Read their reviews on trust pilot and don’t get scammed. I had to contact my bank, along with many others to get my money back, which luckily I did!! I also reported them to trading standards who are now looking into the company as I told them about all their reviews and how common this is! They don’t send the items and then try to either ignore you or fob you off. Please check their real reviews on trust pilot

You should have received a note on the packing paperwork inside the package advising you that the Jumbo dinosaurs were on back order. We are happy to inform you that these are now set for delivery this week, with DPD. As for your inquiries being ignored, please understand that we have been experiencing a high volume of emails due to the end of financial year causing a large uptick in school and hospital orders and i have raised this issue internally in case your messages have been blocked by the spam server. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Appalling service and customer care. Ordered the sensory light table on 3rd March and it stated 2 weeks delivery frame. Still no table and I have tried to chase this numerous times!!!!

I seem to receive the smaller items perfectly fine but! I have been waiting for the Aurora moonlight blanket since the 3rd of October emailed many times not heard anything for months again! Last email said I would be updated on the item yet still not heard a thing. I’ve also ordered a mirror which said delivery 2 to 4 weeks it’s now been 6 weeks with no update yet again!? Absolute joke! Won’t be using again
