I placed my £240 order a month ago and have not received my items or a refund. This is my Son’s Disability money! Customer service is shocking and they are not replying to my emails efficiently or just ignore me. I have never been so upset with a company before. This is absolutely shocking practice.

I have posted this review on trust pilot and also reported my concerns to trading standards. Only after doing this the company started to give me professional updates after weeks of chasing a undelivered item. Then they sign posted me to this review website saying they have positive reviews. Well all I can see is more negative reviews. In a nut shell I ordered items over a month ago, paid and still don't have the items.

ordered stuff 3.5 weeks ago nothings turned up want a refund but being fobed off thsts its with royal mail but they haven't even given me a tracking nbr and roya mail hasnt contactes me to say they have recived it , so its a dead end ,very frustrating and annoying !!..

Received emails on two occasions promising delivery but item not received. Contacted customer services twice and received what appeared to be an automated response. Eventually delivered four weeks after ordering.

Disgusting service and communication! I ordered 5 weeks ago, I’ve contacted 3/4 times to explain I’ve not received my order and I’ve had absolutely no contact at all! Working in a school I’d never ever order or trust this company again!

Hello In your DPD delivery app, the settings for failed deliveries are set as default. If you login to the DPD app this will allow you to configure your default delivery setttings. To avoid failed deliveries DPD also alert you of planned delivery times within a one hour slot and also allow you to rearrange delivery if you are not going to be in. Therefore if you failed to respond they would send the goods to your local collection point.
Horrendous company to deal with. Impossible to speak to anyone to get clarification on delayed items, just a series of incredibly rude emails. Live chat does not work either. Will not be using again.

NO ORDER RECEIVED, UNABLE TO CONTACT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE, AM NOW BEING INUNDATED WITH PAYMENT DEMANDS FOR GOODS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED. HORRENDOUS SERVICE - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Emailed as soon as I placed my order and I see when I could expect delivery. I was told 3-5 days. Over two weeks later it arrived and when I have contacted customer services I have had no help or support and in fact they want to charge me for restocking. Had we had any sort of service at all I would have this company on my list for our extensive shopping but now I wouldn’t ever use them or recommend them. Total lack of customer service and support!!

DO NOT ORDER - SCAM!!! Item wasn't received. It was sent to an address 281 miles from where I live. Emailed Sensory education 6 times and I haven't had a response. Commented on FB post and my comment was deleted yet they continue to promote items and post. Horrendous service. Company have now blocked me on social media.
