Took sooo long to come, quality of the grass Mat I ordered was terrible, no communication wouldn’t order from again

Some of the items were different to the pictures on the website. One item was completely the wrong one. Bit disappointed as it’s for my son with severe autism

I ordered on the 20th January, after not receiving my order I emailed customer service and they assured parcel was out for delivery. Another few days and no delivery so emailed again, was told warhorse would contact me they never did. Emailed again with the exact same response. Contacted again and told me it’s at ‘local delivery depot’ due to failed delivery despite not providing me with any tracking or even courier used. Continued to email with no response so put a claim back with my bank explaining the situation. Now received a threatening email about court and bailiffs and told if I’m not in touch in 24 hours they will proceed to county court. I requested a refund, asked for tracking details, courier used, all ignored. Try to claim back my money and a pretty immediate response, would not recommend!

Placed an order on 17/11/2023 for my sons Christmas a Gonge Carousel. Despite numerous attempts to contact i have heard nothing from them whatsoever. Absolutely shocking company. Profiting on the misery of parents across the UK

I ordered 6 packs of glow in the dark stretchy tubes. They sent 18 totally different and much cheaper stretchy toys without packaging. No explanation. Sent 2 emails to them received nothing back. Assume their USP is ripping off NHS, schools and disabled families. The website looks legit but DO NOT TRUST!

I am Still waiting for my item, 6 weeks on a said to be up to 4 weeks delivery. I’ve tried to call, No phones in working order and IF!!! I get a reply it’s an automated email with answers they don’t help!!! Never in my life felt with a company like this!!! Customer service WHAT CUSTOMER service!!! I WANT in fact NEED my refund.

Absolute disgrace haven’t received my goods after almost four weeks . No one answer the telephone .one email teply stated you will be contacted within 3/5 days no one responds . One email was so rude from the company nothing since that one which I complained about . They have my money but I have no goods and no way of contacting them. . They should be ashamed of their practices as people are buying things for children with disabilities. I would not recommend this company to anyone . Avoid purchasing from them .

We ordered 3 items in October 22. 1 arrived quickly. We then chased the others after several weeks. 1 more arrived about a week later. Since then we have been trying to get the last item - a trike valued at £170 (a lot of money for a small pre-school) but have not got anywhere! Our email go unanswered, We tried phoning the premium number - basically a message to say "send an email" then hung up. Tried phoning free phone number for "new orders" and got a message saying "sorry we are not currently open". There is no live chat option available. Although the products that arrived are great, if there are any issues with the order, there appears to be no way to get it resolved!

I had ordered an item for my granddaughter who has complex needs back in Nov, it had a delivery of mid Jan but i still haven't received it. I have requested many times via email for someone to phone me as it is not possible to phone sensory education this is the worst company we have dealt with. I have now also requested a refund numerous times again no response due to this i have now passed it over to my bank to reclaim the money. Will defo not be recommending this company

I sent a query to let you know that only part of my order arrived. I included the order number with the query. You replied to ask me for the order number. I gave you the order number again. I then received what looked like an auto reply to say that my order has been delivered. No personal service, no explanation

We sent you the DPD tracking information as requested which shows delivery with proof of delivery photographs. You did not respond to that email though :) Please see info below and refer to the tracking number sent by email you did not respond to. Staff at customer service about returning items were rude beyond a point, unhelpful and condescending! I had to pay to return items as well! Never use the company ever again! Will be telling friends and colleagues at the nursery not to buy from here ever! Still waiting for my refund as well! Asked how to complain told to reply to the lady who was soooo rude to me.

Hello Looking at the case history i can see when you became rude towards our staff member advised you of the processes required,which you refused to accept, this was reaffirmed to you, you sadly kept on emailing asking the same question because you did not like the answer provided and become even ruder towards staff. Its very easy to write a review saying one thing however when you state things which are untrue this will of course be challenged. Your tone became so bad that WE ASKED you to take your business elsewhere in future and we had no further desire to work with you again the future.
AVOID AVOID AVOID! WARNING. Customer service is DISGUSTING Postage is ATROCIOUS No working phone numbers Better yet NO ITEMS ARRIVED I have two children with disabilities who needed the items I ordered!!

Ordered 6th Jan it’s now 23rd. I have no order despite being told twice the warehouse will investigate and get back to me. Now when i call it hangs up automatically and I can’t get a response back from emails. Should have read the real reviews on trust pilot before ordering. I highly do not recommend using this firm. Despite them selling amazing sensory toys the stress of receiving them just isn’t worth it.

Very poor service, I made a order of lots of items on the 8th of December to ensure it would be here by Christmas. Didn't hear anything from them in regards to shipping so emailed them just over a week later, never got a reply to my email but all of a sudden my parcel was going to be shipped on the 20th. Now with all the postal strikes i didn't think it was going to make it, but thankfully it did. Some of my items had been replaced with suitable alternative items which was annoying but not the end of the world so I just left them, but two items were missing so I sent off another email to let them know and ask for a refund of them items. This was on the 22nd of December so didn't expect a reply straight away but again heard nothing, so on the 10th of January sent another email. It's now the 21st and there still hasn't been any contact from them, so overall the service is poor and I would not shop here again or recommend anyone else do so.
