This company threatens to take you to court for items not received. I have been waiting for weeks, and the customer service is an automated message. Never buying from this company again, its been an awful experience this Christmas.

Order took a long time to be dispatched and to arrive and only half of contents there without prior warning or acknowledgement. I had similar issues last year and there’s no phone number to resolve it and it’s virtually impossible to return stuff. Avoid.

Terrible service. Order took over 6 weeks to arrive. I sent numerous emails wanting updates but everytime I just received an automated response. When I commented on facebook posts my comments were deleted and then I was blocked from commenting at all. After a number of final attempts to find out what was happening with my order and not getting any response from the company I had no choice but to go and buy all the items again from other websites. Then out of the blue, 5 days before Christmas, I received an email from sensory education saying my order would be delivered on 23rd December. The order did arrive but not before I had spent another £300 buying alternative items elsewhere. Terrible, terrible customer service

How do I start? The items were extremely late and they constantly lied about having dispatched my items. I had to actually raise a dispute with my bank for them to send my items. The items were all wrong, poor quality and not worth the money in the slightest. Then the company who I was trying to email for a solid 2 weeks finally graced me with an email telling me they would take my to court for a false claim!! I finally received an email then didn’t I. It’s pretty sick to try to scam people with disabled children, but you know. To save yourself the headache, make sure you do not use this company of scammers.

My Infinity Mirror is faulty and I have sent more pictures to show the comparison between the two to prove it is faulty but you will not reply to my request for a returns label and refund. Please reply

Not received my order that was supposed to be delivered within 2-4 weeks (it’s over 3 months now since I ordered ).contacted them to follow up on it initially and only were receiving standard replies about “somebody will contact you”-who never did.eventually requested a refund over a month ago and no refund received either

Just received an email from sensory education about my previous review: “Should the contents of this review remain online we will issue High Court action for defamation. Defamation has no legal aid or support and costs will run into tens of thousands of pounds to defend. “Please remove the contents of this review and other places the same post applies otherwise we will begin high court action” Umm this is a review page where people voice their own opinions of a service… You sabotaged your own reputation over and over again by ripping off high numbers of customers over and over again

Threatening to take legal action against me as I did a charge back through my bank as order not received. They say they have proof of delivery but refuse to send me evidence of this. Dodgy scammers preying on family and carers of children with additional needs. I found people have had the same issues as myself after a simple google search, some dating back years. They should be ashamed of themselves. Search cheap disability aids on trust pilot same company

It was impossible to contact anyone, through email I would just get an automated reply, and it’s just an answerphone message on the phone. The order took far too long to arrive and 2 of the items looks nothing like the photos on your website (the rainbow slime and the swimming mermaid bath toy). There is absolutely no point in even trying to complain since there is no way of contacting anyone. Very poor customer service.

Ordered my daughters main present on 13th November! Still not received it! Can not get a response I had an email last week to say they are looking into it and not to email again because it will start my process again! Never heard of that before!

My product arrived damaged but I am expected to return at my own expense. The only way to contact is by email and all replies to my query are automated responses that have not answered my question. Disappointing experience.

I can see you opted to return non faulty items alongside one faulty item. We provide free returns for faulty items however the other items are at your expense as per the consumer contract regulations which sets out in law the items payable by you the customer.

Not really worth any stars at all. Ordered on the 26th November no tracking number given. These are my daughters main presents keep getting emails about postal strikes but yet I'm receiving parcels from other companies. I've asked for a refund so can get other presents for my daughter by next week but guess what! Had no response this is disgusting will definitely not be recommending and don't think I would ever receive my items.

Every year! I generally place an order around Black Friday and throughout the year also, these orders have been taking absoloutly weeks and weeks !! To arrive and then sometimes it says it’s delivered and we have no parcel I email you to notify you to get a generic email back. I then possibly receive ed this parcel a few weeks later but the items in the package are different from what I ordered even tho on the delivery not it says what I should have in the parcel. No o E has got back to me at all with regards to this and they are Xmas presents for my disabled son. I’m still awaiting on a parcel to be delivered and still waiting for my original toys that I ordered and no one has got in touch with me. This happens every year. The customer service is absoloutly Terible and the delivery service is terrible.

Shocking customer service(no none to talk directly to) just a generic confrontational defensive email reply about postal strikes when I asked politely after 3 weeks of waiting if I could expect the parcel any time soon or at least before christmas. I ordered my product on 27th Nov for it to be "shipped "on 2nd Dec. I ordered in plenty of time and feel the postal strikes are just an excuse!!! No other company has had this length of delay with the postal strikes and they have amounted to a week at best.( which I ordered early enough to allow for this) You can't talk to anyone directly and there is no tracking info for my order other than shipped which I really don't believe it was!! I have requested a refund this morning so I have half a chance at replacing christmas gifts with alternatives this week unless the postal strike will delay my refund too👎👎👎
