I have sent two emails to return a tuft tray i ordered at Christmas time as we have recieved another as a gift so i needed to return mine , i have called numerous times and left messages with no reply. Terrible customer service.

Your parcel was delivered at 09:42 on Tue 20 Dec 2022 with DPD and confirmed as such. I see one item you queried was out of stock and refunded already.
Bought equipment for an SEN School. They continued to chase up paid invoices. A mistake was made and they were double paid on an invoice. They have completely ignored us, do not answer emails and have no telephone line that works. Honestly this is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Considering a school like ours would be repeat high volume customers I can only imagine how they would treat a one off customer. Avoid these people like the plague.

ordered 5th december still no package contact them by email they keep saying check the tracking my parcel had no tracking as it was a few items under £60 you are not willing to help in any way i have kept all the emails i have had and will be showing the bank to request a reversal

I am really disappointed with this company. After using them many times and recommending them to others, I have been really let down. I ordered 5 items on 3/11, 3 of these arrived relatively quickly with a note marked with TO FOLLOW on the items that hadn’t arrived. Two weeks later I emailed Customer care to ask when the others would be delivered, I got a quick response saying they were in back order but would be back in stock soon. No problem, apart from over 2 months later and 3 emails asking where the last item is, I have had no reply or deliver of the item. Of course the money was collected from my bank account as soon as the order was placed!

I've been chasing them since November for my missing item and today have received my refund. I had to do a charge back through my bank and provide all sorts of evidence of my attempts to contact them. They never intended on sending me the item and only responded to my emails when I emailed them a copy of the letter I sent registered delivery, citing the sale of goods act and threatening legal action - which I absolutely would have seen through. Had I not followed up my letter with the email with it attached, I would never have received a human response. After several short back and forth emails (clearly sent on a phone), with them threatening legal action and chargeback fees, I asked to speak to someone in management and received this final email: "We have no desire whatsoever to continue to support you,please take all future business elsewhere and we no longer wish to respond." Don't be afraid to challenge this company, read their terms and conditions thoroughly and make sure you write them a letter citing the sale of goods act and your right to a refund. Absolute disgrace

Delivery was delayed no tracking info then large item arrived faulty in order to get refund must pay for return myself which will cost alot! Customer service rubbish have to keep emailing helpful definitely won't be using again...was supposed to be a main present for Christmas for little boy her disappointed...AVOID

Order placed and paid for but no acknowledgment. Chased them after 2 weeks and item delivered but the smaller - and cheaper! - version delivered instead. Complained but still no response. I note that the previous version of this company had terrible reviews and looks like SensoryEducation is going the same way!

Order delayed - only dispatched after I contacted them 11 days later. Items missing when arrived and no reply to email asking for refund or for items to be dispatched

Ordered mid September -product not delivered.Followed up with few emails-every time just received automated replies that somebody will contact me(nobody ever contacted me ),now over 3 months still not delivered -requested a refund over a month ago and only keep on getting automatic replies and no resolution.absolutely appalling customer service.

I ordered my product mid November. It’s now Jan 3rd and I am still waiting. Automated reply and no follow up even after requesting a refund. Am very disappointed.

I ordered a buble lamp and was told it would arrive 3 to 5 working days . It took 3 weeks to arrive staff were very unhelpful basically claiming it was out of their hands as it was dpd who had the parcel . I will never use this site again .

I thought that using a specialist supplier of sensory toys, for children with special educational needs, would be a safe bet. For part of her Christmas present, I sat with my daughter to go through the website and she chose various items and I placed my order. They arrived quickly. We wrapped the box up ready for Christmas. My daughter has ASD and ADHD, so life is challenging at best and very mood dependent, which can be triggered by what we consider a minor thing. The order was for bean bag turtles and what were sent were bean bag elephants. This (in her eyes) was catastrophic and ruined her Christmas and made ours unpleasant too. For a company selling specialist toys to a special target audience, should understand more than anyone, the very possible likely hood of sending the wrong item, will cause stress and/or disappointment. Sad for my daughter that this happened, now just have to wait for the returned goods to be received, so I can have a refund. I did write something similar to this in an email to customer services and just got the generic "please use the returns service“.

Sadly ordered items over £100 and never received them. What is weird is the link to the website here is closed on here? I have tried contacting them but not received a reply.
