Extremely frustrated I ordered on the 6/11/22 quite a large order for my daughter for Christmas and it still hasn’t arrived I have emailed several times as you can’t ring ! and had a few responses to say you are looking into it another that is was been passed onto senior management and then another saying you are going to resent ‘item’ I have since contacted you to confirm this is the whole order that I am missing and not just an item but I haven’t had no response this was over a week ago now and also haven’t received anything! Please can someone contact me and tell me what’s going on with only a week till Christmas I am worried that my daughter is going to wake up with nothing if it isn’t going to arrive or if you have had problems fine I’ll just have a refund so I have time to get something else? I’m am considering coming up to the head office branch myself tomorrow if I haven’t had a response!

Took weeks to be sent and weeks to arrive, DPD local told me it would out for delivery for 5 days straight before it was actually delivered. Quality of goods wasn't the best, most seemed like pound shop quality but I paid much more, won't be using again

Thank you for your review. Due to national postal strikes there is an obvious pressure on all couriers across the UK during Christmas peak and DPD are trying their best to accommodate the increase in volumes, we however did release to DPD on time. In response to the quality question i can see your order contains a mix of products, products such as the Bigjigs range which are better quality and then on the same order you did order low value plastic clockwork toys which are shown accurately in the images online and did cost £1.69 so the quality and price would reflect that price line. If in future you feel you need assistance in choosing more suitable products for your children our customer care staff can work with you to get a balance of quality on a low budget.
Terrible company - avoid! I wish I'd checked their trust pilot reviews before I ordered. My order only arrived after weeks of chasing it up and then was wrong, missing the toy that I'd ordered and with a cheaper one included instead. Their customer service is appalling. I have contacted them in every way possible, including through their own complicated online system but I just get the same copied and pasted reply over and over again. It's impossible to get a proper response and I'm still missing what I ordered. Hopeless company, do not give them your money - I wish I hadn't!

I ordered and had a 3-5 delivery window. It took multiple emails, a lot of chasing and almost a month before I got my order. What arrived was good, but the stress and time wasted makes it worth spending the extra to go elsewhere.

I am trying to get a reply to my request about when my order will be delivered. Only standard reply’s . They do not answer their phone. Would like to cancel the order and get a refund as it was a Christmas present for my daughter and it looks like we will be disappointed. No customer service what’s so ever

Hi Amanda Looking at the order i can see the item was ordered during the National postage strikes. In response to the "No customer service whatsoever" comment I can see you emailed on December 7th at 8:28am and a member of our team replied on the same day at 9:14am. You then again followed up on December 12th at 10:36am and a reply was provided the same day at 3:36pm. On both occasions staff advised of National postage strikes and the goods were on route. Sadly the postal strikes has put a huge amount of pressure on our staff, our business, our couriers and we are all working around the clock to resolve the issues.
Below par service and even poorer costumer service. An item I ordered was advertised as 2-4 weeks delivery. After ordering at the end of October to have it arrive for a Christmas present, the item never arrived. Obviously, being so prepared as to order an item at the end of October to arrive for Christmas that then never arrives is pretty disappointing, to say the least. After mentioning to customer service that I had not even received an apology for the misadvertising and never having received my item the reply I got was not an apology but, "You are welcome to escalate that as a complaint if you so wish". We all make mistakes and a simple apology goes a long way. There are lots of other fantastic sensory and educational based small businesses I've found since that offer a genuinely hassle free service and you get the service advertised.

I'd give them no stars at all. I ordered three small wind up boats. I received something completely different and don't want them. After wasting two days emailing telling them to read what the problem was I resorted to their hopeless return system. They are only refunding one item not three. They are a dreadful company taking people's money and cleverly make themselves non contactable by phone. Buy what you need in a shop, not here.

Appalling company. Customer service is non existent. If you try to contact them by phone, they don’t answer and blame Covid!! Really!! E mail is no better, you just get a computer generated reply which makes me think they get so many complaints, they need one. AVOID AVOID AVOID DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

I received only part of my order and have been trying to contact via the online system since September as there are no staff on the phones. After about 8 emails with automated responses I still haven’t been able to resolve this. I even resorted to writing 2 letters , the second was signed for and addressed to the director but still no one has had the decency to contact me. Be wary of using this company they don’t care about the customer or taking money for goods not delivered. I lost £70.

Horrendous. I only have half my parcel. You can't call customer services and you get the same generic email response everytime. Last year I ordered a dark den and accessories, the dark den never arrived and the refund was only issued on Christmas eve leaving me without the main part or a replacement for my daughters present. With this order I have had Delivery updates from them saying my parcel will be delivered then it not show up, or will be delivered after 9pm then the delivery address was to a unit (I live in rural Wales there are no neighbours that have units) they use DPD we only have 1 driver out here and when they were saying the parcel was being delivered the DPD driver was delivering other parcels to us and there was no parcel from them. This went on for over a week after a month wait, then the update said the parcel was being returned to them. This order was placed on the 11th November, so there was plenty of time for it to arrive and has not been effected by the strikes. This is the 2nd year Sensory education have ruined my daughters main Christmas present. I will never again order anything from them and would advise nobody else does either.

DO NOT BUY from this company I was suggested this company by child OT I ordered item sept 8th and still not arrived I have emailed I've lost count how many times and keep getting the same reply of please give them 72 hours, there is no contact number either and I'm still waiting for a response as to what happened or a refund on my large purchase

This company has absolutely no after sales customer care. An item I ordered and paid for at the beginning of October has not been received and despite numerous emails I am still unable to get a refund. I am a pensioner and cannot afford to be out approx £64. It will be interesting to see if this review is published as it criticises the company

ive been trying to contact since 16th November , all i get is automated email responses which dont help with my issue. only number to phone is a premium number which is just a voicemail and no option to actually speak to someone. Ive got a very upset 5 year old with a faulty product that he cant use and i seem unable to get any help with the matter.

Ordered a Post Office for my 4 year old daughter for Christmas which hasn’t arrived. Have emailed the customer care email, but just get a reply from a robot which is not helpful at all. Not sure if this product is on the way as cannot get an update

Thank you for your feedback, I can see that standard Royal Mail delivery was used on this order and at the time of order, Royal Mail were on strike for both Black Friday and also Cyber Monday. Our business like many others have been impacted by this action which has brought carnage to the postal system. Although this will not make it any better for your order at this point, its important to note that senior management have terminated our contract with Royal Mail from January 2023 and have signed a contract with Amazon logistics to take over all postal work from Royal Mail. Sadly the actions of Royal Mail have brought about impact to all of our customers and we have taken action to resolve these issues in the long term. Thank you for your patience and i hope when the goods are delivered you consider the pressures of the Royal Mail strike have brought upon our business and our staff and reconsider the review. I have received my order but one of the items is missing! I have emailed and no one has contacted me to look into it! Awful customer service, I don’t not recommend this company!

I can see that you placed an order with a value of £50.43 and as a part of that order the Animal spinning top priced at £1.49 was subbed for another wooden spinning top due to a stock shortage. You are welcome to use our online returns system so you can report that for a refund :)
Item never received - I ordered an autism spinning seat for my son's birthday on behalf of my mum on the 3rd November. It said delivery 2-4weeks. We are now on 6th December and still no seat. The tracking info doesn't work and I'm only getting automated responses when I try to email. There is no contact number or no other way to contact this Company. This item was £150. We are not a wealthy family and this was a huge amount for us but it was for my son's sensory needs. I really wish I had read the trust pilot reviews first as we can't afford to replace this item. Heart broken.

Hello As you are aware a tracking update was sent earlier in the week advising the item had been dispatched. The item was on pre order and advertised as extended delivery.
Unacceptable delivery times and poor communication via customer service. My order took almost 3 weeks to deliver, so missed my sons birthday (it was a gift for him and things for his party bags). Items were not indicated on website as needing longer delivery. I sent two messages enquiring about the status of the order and both times received an unhelpful automated message. I won’t be ordering again or recommending.

I can see there was a small delay due to peak trading. The order was trackable through our website at every state and i can see the items have been delivered successfully. Thank you for your custom and have a wonderful Christmas.
They sent incorrect and falsely advertised items. Terrible customer service communication and not refunding me despite me returning the items! Terrible company considering they are meant to be supporting us with disabilities! Do NOT order from them.

Hi Carl. I can see the bubble tube was at the DPD depot for longer than anticipated. This is likely as result of Black Friday rush and traffic into the depots across the UK. I am delighted you have now received the delivery and will make use of the item at Christmas. Our customer care team have also reached out with a goodwill gesture.
