Awful customer service. Didn’t send correct items and responses were rude and none sensical. Would not recommend or use again. Telephone lines don’t work and request for manager contact info ignored.

Sold me a fake item and refused to pay for return postage despite this being against the law. Has been reported to Trading Standards. Phone lines don’t work and email responses shockingly rude.

You sent replacements rather than what I ordered and then refused to refund . If someone orders 4 x red, blue, green and yellow they expect to get what they ordered. If you couldn’t fulfilll the order you should have sent an email to say that you didn’t have any blue in stock. If I had known I would have cancelled my whole order. Now you’ve got my money and I’ve not got what I ordered. But a good outcome for your customer.

Really poor service. I ordered 2 items, the wrong colour was delivered for both. Emailed/called several times to have this resolved. Poor response. Eventually requested a refund as the holiday and then birthday for which I purchased came and went. Told to go through the online system for a refund which told me that my items were non-refundable. Still no resolution.

Thank you for your review, i can see you emailed us on Nov 3, 11:11am and we replied on Nov 3, 12:32pm advising you of the simple process to follow, i can see you have read that email on Nov 3 @ 12:37 pm but to date no action or reply has been provided by you. Please follow the simple process emailed to you and we can happily resolve your query.
I bought 2 rainbow carpets through Sensory Education last November. They're used for a max of 4 hours per MONTH and are disintegrating badly. I've been trying to contact SE since July and have been bounced around the most ridiculous routes with several sets of online forms to fill in, each time to then receive an email to say "we're sorry you didn't receive your products"!!! ARGH. I resorted to contacting Klarna as they are the intermediary used for a credit card purchase. They gave me an email address to contact at SE - I did this a month ago (18th October 2022) and STILL haven't got a reply despite resending the email, so Klarna have now closed the case because it wasn't completed within a certain time frame. This company might be fine to purchase through providing nothing goes wrong with the product - however, should you need redress you can't communicate by telephone - ring the number here or on the website and you get a covid message to say that you can only contact by email!! So you're left to their ludicrous online system. When I replied to the emails I received information back - but it did not relate to the questions I asked or the items i bought. So incredibly frustrating. They might be cheaper than other sites - but I've overpaid in time trying to get a solution, however it's still unresolved.

We ordered bag of green sand some two and a half weeks ago and it has still not arrived. We contacted customer services and have not been given any kind of update on our order nor have we received an apology for the exceptionally long wait. Refund requested.

Ordered goods over 3 months ago, absolutely awful customer service. Raised queries, get standard email reply but haven't dealt with the issue. No-one will speak to you from the company. After speaking directly with the dispatching company for the goods it would appear Sensory Education are in financial difficulties and goods are at depot but they won't release them as they haven't had payment. I have asked for my order to be cancelled and they are refusing. Have contacted our legal department. This is a company you should avoid at all costs.

Ordered 6 weeks ago. Any attempt to get an update met with response saying to fill in the same ticket I have already filled. Did not contact more than weekly in the first instance as per company request but they did not adhere to there own timescales. Will be contacting trading standards within the week (ordered 6 weeks ago and nothing to show for it). Phone lines have prerecorded messages citing email address and no alternative contact. Completely awful experience so far and will warn people away from them in a personal and professional capacity.

I ordered and paid for a bookcase online in May 2022 and still have not received it.I have sent 7 emails as it is impossible to speak directly to a customer service agent.(they are using Covid as an excuse, and do not seem to realise that office tel numbers can be diverted to another number so that they can respond to issues). I eventually asked for a refund but I still cannot get anywhere with this company. I am considering get the Lawyers involved.

I ordered an item from this company back in June 2022 and I have still not received the item - it is now 21st October! I emailed them at the beginning of August to ask where my item was and when I could expect delivery and they emailed back on 9th August to say they were looking into it and someone from their team would get back to me within 5 working days! I have heard nothing since and emails I have since sent have just been ignored. I have also asked for a refund and that has been ignored too. Their phone line is not in use either. I have set up a whole new nursery and had no issues with any company but this one. Absolutely shocking service and to make it even worse it is the children with complex additional needs that they are letting down due to their very poor and frankly disgusting service. Do not use this company!

Absolutely disgraceful service. I have been trying get answers from them for months regarding missing items (already paid for) and now faulty items which they haven't even acknowledged. The equipment is not fit for purpose for the children who need them. Some items I have received are certainly not the same as shown or described on the website. I have been offered a discount voucher but would never buy from them again and nor would any of the schools within our Trust. I just want rid of the damaged items and refunded. They are still using covid as an excuse to not be able to receive telephone calls, disgusting really when most people have had to adapt.

Where is my order.!!! 2765334331 Customer service is absolutely shocking what kind of company now a days doesn’t accept phone calls due to Covid.!!! I placed an order on 20/9/22 it has still not arrived. Your non existent customer service via email is a disgrace you receive an automated reply to then send another email to hopefully receive a reply to then be told that it’s being looked into.! I have sent numerous further emails of which no response has been sent.. I want my money back.! I have contacted Trading Standards Do Not Buy From This Company.!!!!!!

I have tried repeatedly to contact the company after they sent out the wrong product, they failed to respond to my email so I asked them to contact me via Facebook by commenting on the page and requesting they contact me. Rather than reaching out they deleted my comments and blocked me. Disgraceful customer service especially considering they are dealing with parents of kids with special needs they should be ashamed,please avoid at all cost
