We placed and paid for an order in February of this year - we have had no delivery of the product, no refund, the telephone number gives a pre-recorded message and you are unable to speak to a person and our emails to customer care seem to be ignored. We are at a total loss as to how to proceed.

item arrived damaged 12th August. Emailed that day with photos, no response. waited unti l well after 5 days they ask for, emailed again 30th August but have still had no response. Customer service is non existent. Very disappointed 6 year old and a waste of money! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Items bought for SEND children. Money paid, no items received after 2 months despite numerous attempts chasing up delivery. Dispute settled and money refunded through Paypal following no communication from this company. Wish i had read Trust pilot reviews before ordering. Company previously known as Cheapdisabilityaids.

Our order from June is still to arrive. You can't get through to anyone on the phone as it just keeps on cutting off after a voice message. Nobody replies to an email with expected delivery. The worst customer service I have ever had. Do not buy from them!

I would be very careful ordering from this company. I ordered a product from them on 31st May and received an email on 1 June to say it had been dispatched. After a week it has not turned up so emailed them to find out when I should expect my order to arrive. I got a standard email back from them saying that I needed to fill out a form and they would look into it. When they responded they said it would take 4-6 weeks to arrive which was concerning since it had apparently dispatched 1st June. After the 6 weeks had passed and I still hadn’t received my product I contacted them again and was asked to fill out the form again which I did. I also asked them that if they couldn’t give me a definite delivery date then I would like a refund. I never received any response from this email. Luckily for me this item finally turned up today (12th august). Since ordering I have seen some very concerning reviews for this company online. My purchase was quite expensive (£180) and as it was a necessity for my disabled son, I used his DLA allowance for this purchase. I was very worried that this item wasn’t going to turn up and I had wasted his money - I would never use them again for this reason. I’m just glad my order finally turned up

Service after non delivery of order, contacted by email over 6 weeks period only get copy paste reply every time no further on were the order has got lost, have requested refund but still get basic copy paste reply.NOT a company I would want to do business again

If I could have given no stars, I would! I would advise others not to buy from this company, based on my experience and as I will avoid them in the future! They boast 'easy returns' but in my experience nothing is further from the truth e.g a request has to be put forward and approved, in order to return products! I have dealt with numerous companies/organisations but I have never experienced anything like this! When goods are returned (by adhering to their returns policy), you are totally ignored! I am liaising with organisations to help me and to raise awareness. I have sent a formal letter, which to date has been ignored! I will be sending my second formal letter this week and I am prepared to take this as far as I need to - including court! There is some very interesting information online, also an article by The Guardian as well as reviews on Trustpilot (including those under cheap disability aids). ***Update: I have received a full refund for my returns! After the continued silence from S.E, I liaised with Klarna, logged my return with Klarna and then received a refund - thanks to Klarna! It has taken me months but I finally never have to deal with Sensory Education/cheapdisabilityaids.co.uk - again! I hope this information may help others! I have received an email from S.E. (it is a shame that I did not receive one when I was desperately trying to make contact as they owed me money!). The email does not acknowledge their actions (or lack of them!) or provide any sort of recognition of what I have had to endure, let alone an apology! Regarding the rating, it talks about,'changing your rating now your issue has been dealt with and refunded'. My answer is NO, I most definitely will not! If I could, it would undoubtedly be ZERO stars from me!***

Items never arrived ordered 3 months ago and I cant get any help from customer services, just an automated reply. Very frustrating as the telephone number cuts you off too. Not even sure if this is a legitimate company as I have never experienced such a bad service as this before.

I bought of a set rope lights for my son for Christmas, but they stopped working after just a couple of uses. Unfortunately I had lost the receipt, so accepted it as bad luck and bought a replacement, but exactly the same thing happened. I have contacted the company using the online customer care form, and emailed them requesting a refund, but they reply. Now I have found loads of negative reviews on websites.

This company is awful. Ordered an item in November for a school with a 2-4 week delivery time, it is now mid-march and no sign of the product. They have sent me an invoice for this item every week or 2 since December and threatened to send it to debt collectors. I have requested to cancel the order many times via email (they are not taking calls) and just get ignored or told to report the problem on their website contact form which I have done at 6 times. All emails are copy/paste messages and they don't read my message. I really wish I had never ordered from them and I certainly never will again.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! We have contacted this company numerous times with regards to orders we have placed and PAID FOR however haven't received them! The phone lines don't work and everything has to be done over email and we have contacted them multiple times but have been waiting for a response for weeks.

I've yet to receive my goods have emailed, put in a complaint, yet still nobody has had the decency to contact me back!! Meanwhile I have paid out £396.00, for nothing...worst customer service experience ever...taking money from people and not delivering their local delivery parcel company DPD no better, its in transit still, supposedly.

Took payment for goods by BACs and still 5 months after still not had goods and they stopped responding to charity, provided evidence of payment and still nothing. Now having to personally support as a small charity they cannot afford to not be provided goods that donations have paid for. I think they are taking advantage because of the costs involved in seeking legal support. Shocking

What can you say other than diabolical company!, please think twice before ordering. I ordered an important expensive item for my autistic 5yr old with express delivery, was due next day and never arrived. Each time you email you get an automated response telling you to wait five days, they still don't get back to you so you email again, get an automated Xmas email saying they are away for Xmas in January. You can't ring them as a voice mail tells you to email. They are a complete nightmare, I waited over a week and a half before my item finally arrived with no contact from them at all. Before I ordered I emailed them, and within an hour got a full personal response to tell me the item was in stock, once you order and pay don't expect to hear from them again. I could rant forever, but ultimately they should be ashamed of themselves for offering an important service and failing in such a huge way, mostly for disabled children. Please see trustpilot for true and accurate reviews, they are also being investigated for removing reviews.

They ignored my emails detailing the faults with the product. And now just over a year later, one very expensive product has stopped working, worth over a £100! It was having issues within a month of purchase. But they ignored that email completely. I don't recommend this company at all!

Sensory education or Cheap disability aids ...avoid like the plague placed an order back in march never arrived filled in countless forms on line to be advised they'd resend even though website stated out of stock by this point further emails still not received goods or refund of almost £70 poor service and I'm not the only one who has had bad experience with them tel line says working from home fill in on line form... you'll be lucky if you've a reply will be reporting them
