Ordered 2 items, said it would be dispatched that day. Weeks later still nothing, have asked for a refunds 3 times, instead of refunding they keep saying its on its way, with royal mail. No apologies, no tracking numbers, no evidence of dispatch. Most companies would refund no questions asked. Feels like i’m dealing with someone in another country, very strange.

Sent me two incorrect items, BOTH blamed on human error. I can see from other reviews this is not the first time. Now stalling on my refund. Responses from Charlotte are unprofessional.

I ordered 2 lots of beanbags and (for us) quite an expensive junior athletics set. The beanbags were delivered but not the athletics equipment. I contacted the company, they sent me, i guess a delivery picture, yes there would be a delivery picture, the beanbags were delivered. I am disgusted that this has not been dealt with. Should you wish you to search our premises you will not find a set .... as we now don't have one. Please sort this out and send us what we ordered.

Recived a Chew item for my child, the item started falling apart after a week of use resulting in my child potentially swapping small bits of rubber, compalined to Sensory Education and was refused a refund and my further e-mails have been ignored item is still for sale even though i raised safty concerns with the item.

Hello I think your review contains untruths. You raised an issue with the chew, the only one issue raised from thousands of the same model sold. Within 2 minutes of your email being sent our team sent you a returns label to return for a full refund. You were also advised our quality control team would inspect the item to determine fault and log the issues. Our quality control team monitor products on a daily basis with the use of product stat analysis which allows us to identify severe concerns and we work with our manufacturers also on this process. As advised once again, Our QC team will look into the product and make an assessment of the product as soon as the item is returned to us as is standard procedure on all products.
Husband ordered a item for our son on the 12th June, still hasn't arrived and it's the 24th July. ! Can't get hold of anyone, sent 3 emails so far , had no replies from anyone, even tho they say reply within 5 working days , last email sent 2 weeks and still no response. We don't know what else to do apart from report them to trade and standards.

Still waiting for my item, no one to contact. Reported to the bank and trading standards. I can see they are actively trying to get reviews removed here, those are the ones they flag and have been blurred out. You can the real reviews on trustpi0let.

Over two weeks ago i ordered. First time customer. Still no response from numerous emails! Can not phone numbers as they are working from home, so emails only. Quick to take money straight out your bank but can't hold up up their customer care. Don't waste your time with this company! They give you a time frame response of 3 days and still nothing. Asked for a refund and only offered 10% goodwill for next order! No code though and no way will i order again.

Product still hasn't arrived, it was purchased 14 days ago! After 10 days I contacted the company via email and even though they reply within 2-3 days I've yet to hear anything. Very poor customer service!!! The only thing they have done within a reasonable time frame is withdraw the money from my account.

I've been trying to get a refund on the wrong product that was sent out for my daughter's birthday back in March! I've emailed at least 10 times and only once have I had a response. That was a standard return that I would have to pay for the return delivery! I tried to explain that it was the wrong product sent out and they should pay the postage but they have sadly ignored all of my emails. You can't call because Covid has meant they can't have a phone. It's a shame because they have good products for my daughter who would benefit from, however, I won't be ordering from this company again.....I still have the wrong product and not reply at the end of June!

The absolute worst!!!!!!!! Shocking company. Ordered 2 lamps for xmas had to chase order and delivery. Finally arrived looked ok apart from being cheap chinese rubbish (but at least it worked). All most immediately on off switches started becoming loose and not working correctly. 2 months later sent back. After chasing 2 more times over the last 1 and a 1/2 months we are told its damaged and our fault no warranty. There is zero customer service and they will lie to get out of refunds or warranty claims. We have asked for a report on the "damage" as it was the on off switch only that's at fault, common in cheap chinese rubbish. This company and its subsidiaries I.e sensory education, are the worst customer orientated company I have ever dealt with. I will never ever buy from them again. Please dont believe the FAKE reviews on their websites. Visit Trust pilot for the real reviews and do some research on google, including about how these companies have been pulled from Scopes recommended suppliers.

My little girl has special needs and receives a local disability fund towards a short break or equipment. I ordered a sensory item for £84 approx 2 months ago and never received the order. I haven't been able to get in contact due to covid, nobody working on phones. I had to email and fill out a form for customer service and they say they will respond in 5 working days. I have filled out the same form 3 times and nobody is responding to tell me where my order is. I still haven't received the order or no refund has been issued so they have my little girls disability fund! I appreciate people are working from home but it's not acceptable to not have a response in 2 months with no order received. Very poor customer service and I'm going to have to do something about them having my daughters money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They and their associated companies have a long history (well documented if you search the internet) of failing to deliver goods, not responding to emails/calls etc. There are dozens of reports, many from parents of children with special educational needs, detailing their suffering at the hands of this company. We finally received a refund after several months of repeated chasing and only because we threatened and were willing to follow through with action against them in the county courts. Truly the worst of humanity.

Unfortunately my experience follows the customer below plus many others from TrustPilot, Money Saving Expert and various newspapers. As the below review, I wish I had checked before ordering from this website. Order placed over a month ago, never received so I requested a cancellation 2 weeks ago. Since then another replacement has apparently been sent (despite the order being cancelled) and they will not refund until the second order has been returned - despite it not having been delivered yet! To date I have sent 10 emails and filled in the website form on 3 different occasions and have received no response other than an automated message or unhelpful message. The phone number just tells me to contact by email. Whatsapp is being ignored. If customer services happen to read this, my order is 185979/280121/46 and I would very much like my money back.

Placed an order mid January. Only part of my order was delivered. I have since not been able to get a response from customer care, no other way to communicate. No working phone number, no email address and no complaints procedure. As a not for profit family support space every penny counts and currently down £100. Unfortunately will have to take steps to escalate this.

I need to look on Trust Pilot more before purchasing online! I have had similar experience to most on Trust Pilot. I ordered over 3 weeks ago a birthday present for my son. Waited 14 days to make sure it wasn't coming and giving extra time due to pandemic and then contacted customer support. Received cut and paste answer I know this as logged 2 in different ways and exact word for word answer came back. Followed up a couple of days later and still no reply. Now having to do a chargeback to get my money back so I can order elsewhere and my son didn't get his present on his birthday. If it really has been going on this long and this many people are effected surely they're not fit to be trading?

Shockingly bad experience sadly. Order arrived two weeks late, didn’t contain goods ordered , but similar items. Sensory cushion was completely different form photo - different colour , different face, no packing , labels, safety screw for battery box missing - must have been used . Only one sawn in label in Chinese . Arrived in a bag - all mushed up. So not safely and unprofessionally packaged. In reply I was told I need to pay to return the items myself and better get the parcel insured. I can point out they didn’t send it out insured or tracked as when I chased it before Christmas I was told they sent it on the basic delivery option via Royal Mail.

If I could choose 0 stars I would! Image clearly states my order is on its way or been delivered. What has actually happened is the company have refused to tell me where my order is after 4 weeks of waiting. I have contacted customer services several times to which I have had no reply after waiting more than a week for a response. I have contacted the accounts team who said a refund has been issued (it hasn’t) as the product was returned to the warehouse but they cannot say when delivery was attempted (as it never was). They are selling items they do not have in stock and never have. Despicable company who have removed my comments on social media so as to appear like a good company to shop with. Please don’t waste your money- over £150 lost!

OMG Bought present for my grandchild for Xmas. Totally uncaring, won't give details or names, returns due to thier misleading adverts cost a lot to return. Don't buy from here. Avoid or pay at your peril
