ABSOLUTE REBBISH SERVICE. ORDERED A TUFF SPOT TRAY AND THAT WAS DELIVERED DAMAGED. ORDERED A REPLACEMENT TRAY AND THAT TOO WAS DELIVERED DAMAGED! THE SECOND ONE WAS IN A WORSE STATE THAN THE FIRST ONE. PRODUCT DELIVERED IN A PLASTIC BAG WITH NO PROTECTION. TRIED TO CONTACT THEM BY TELEPHONE BUT THEY WILL ONLY COMMUNICATE BY E-MAIL. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN.

I ordered a month ago and full payment was made through the Charities Invoicing system. Since then I've heard nothing apart from automated responses which guarantee a follow up in 3 days which never appears. There is no sign of the toys ordered and communication is non-existent.

I ordered an item 6 weeks ago for my sons birthday - when it wasn’t delivered within a few weeks I followed up but have waited weeks for replies to emails and keep being told the warehouse manager will place a track on the item and it will be delivered urgently - still nothing and now no response to my emails. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I place a lot of orders with this company over the AST few months ( expensive orders) and two of these items have not been delivered , and I have time and time again sent them emails in regards to the missing items and all I keep getting back is nonchalant replies and asked to fill out missing items forms.which I have done over and over again.. and STILL nothing is being done as to the where about of these items that come to around £150 .. these I were purchased to help with my 2 year old autistic grandson... I am completely disgusted by the lack of caring or action on the half of this company I am now going to be contacting my local consumer rights...

I have emailed three times regarding my missing parcel but no response to any emails you can’t ring as they are all working at home but will reply in 3 days which they don’t. I have used and recommended sensory education to many people and I am really sad that I have received this poor level of Service and absolutely no reply.... apart from an acknowledgement that they would reply within 3 days, 8 days ago!!

Terrible customer service, rude and sarcastic emails when they finally get back to contacting you, waited months for my item to arrive. I’d recommend having a look on a couple more review websites before purchasing from them

Ridiculous procedure - Order No. 169617/210720/28 my goods have not been delivered. All I can do is fill in another form with the same details and receive yet another reference No. 45360747 and 45360565 so far - why can't I send you an email? It would be more professional! Do not ask me to fill in another form, just reimburse me and I'll shop elsewhere.

Ordered in june, still no delivery, was told being sent again ,received nothing, emails are not being answered now . No way of contacting them other than email,no response to email even after waiting the 3 days to make contact .

I wish I would have seen reviews from other websites as experienced terrible customer service. No items, no refund, and also they frightened me by hundreds of emails with their solicitor just because I asked to provide me evidence of refund (which they says it's procesed).  Please AVOID!

My order never arrived with my nephew for his birthday, nor did the replacement. Order placed 16th March - 5 weeks ago. My emails requesting a refund are being ignored - waited over a week.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - CHRISTMAS PRESENT ORDER PLACED FOR 40 DISABLED CHILDREN. THEY HAVE TAKEN THE PAYMENT AND NOT SENT THE ORDER!! BUYERS BEWARE. The companies customer relations and communications are unbelievably poor and the firm really shouldn’t be getting away with this. If your order is fine you’ll be ok but any problems or queries- you’re stuck

Squeezy stress gripper ball burst open on a lady with Parkinsons, splattering blue fluid over her clothes, carpet, fireplace and just recently noticed spots on sofa too. I first sent message of complaint on 7th January and had to re-send the complaint today, 12th January, as have had no clear response to a resolution. I am Very unhappy with the poor quality of the ball, the mess I had to scrub up afterwards and the terrible customer service by the Sellers.

If anyone has a contact number for this terrible company please let us know. Money taken and no product. Email is just a standard auto response, telephone number diverts straight to a message. Impossible to contact and they take money for nothing.

An absolute scam. They’ve charged me but I have no product. I’ve emailed over 20 times and had no response. Their phone line says they’re unable to answer calls and tells you to email. Avoid.
