Absolutely abysmal company. Never sent the goods to our school, never responded to my multiple attempts to contact them, never contacted the business manager as requested and yet continues to send threatening demands for payment. I would not recommend this company currently to any schools.

Haven't still received order yet ordered on the 16th November 2022 well need it for Christmas phone up none available due to covid restrictions emailed them telling to go to my account always not a happy bunny will never go here again to buy

Not very happy as the bilibo come after my Sons birthday as I ordered it before so ruined it really sounds like it was sat in the depo of a place to be delivered for a week which is a joke

We are sorry that your parcel was delayed due to industrial action outside of our control. You will have seen the damage the Royal Mail strike is causing Nationally to businesses and most customers have been understanding of the delays not being without our control and value us trying our best and continuing to support small businesses despite the huge challenges the strike action causes. We have mitigated all possible delays however industrial action is sadly designed to cause inconvenience to customers. You are welcome to raise the concerns with your mail delays directly with your local post person or Royal Mail direct. Rest assured however as of 2023 we have withdrawn our Royal Mail contract and will be switching over to Amazon logistics as it seems they as a business value our customers as much as we do.

Products were of very poor quality and customer service even worse. Really disappointed. Ordered years ago and goods were of much better quality.

Looking at the order i can see a selection of quality Bigjigs and TickIT toys which are priced accordingly and designed to last and they will I also note a wide selection of pocket money value toys and priced as such as short term enjoyment fidget toys and light ups. We would be happy to help guide you towards higher quality products of which we stock over 6000 products for all budgets.
Company cancelled one item of my order and still haven’t refunded my money after many e mails

Absolutely awful. Majority items didnt even turn up and the ones that did are substitues. All of my daughters xmas presents

Very slow service and abrupt responses when contacted. Item missing from order, when it eventually arrived, emailed to look into the missing item- no reply. No phone number to call them. Not great.

I ordered a big sand pit/water tray with a lid plus other items, the sand pit arrived without the lid and I have emailed a few times to the email address they advised and still have not heard anything back after two weeks. The other items also took weeks to arrive.

Very disappointed. Long delivery time. Unhelpful generic emails when chasing delivery. Phone line only gives a recorded message, doesn't allow messages to be left or the chance to talk to customer services. Ordered a treasure basket was sent two very cheap plastic baskets instead of one woven basket. Items sent not age appropriate. Cheap plastic Harmonica for a treasure basket for a baby! A massager with easy access to batteries! So disappointed for money spent. Will not use company again, which is a shame as I work with families.

I don’t usually place reviews however, after placing 2 large orders on the 16th of November I am yet to receive either order. I have contacted them via email, web forms to which no avail. I am very disappointed in the lack of responses received. I have tried to call however the phone doesn’t even ring out. I have received an email stating one order was cancelled on request of the customer, I did not ask to cancel my order. I have therefore questioned why this has been cancelled to receive no explanation.

I have contacted this company as I have had no confirmation of my order and no delivery advice, money taken over £57 on 15 November. I have emailed txt and called the 2 numbers that are listed only to be cut off and the other number gave me excuses about covid extremely dissatisfied and on the verge of contracting my bank to see if they can hep

Hello I can see a store credit was raised 10 days ago allowing you to discard of the damaged item and reorder a new one if you chose. The credit was raised as follows damaged item credited 10 days ago If you login to your online account you can view the credit :) An email was also sent at the time of the credit being raised.
Ordered two items one circa £5 and the other circa £65. Only the £5 item was delivered. I have since emailed repeatedly (form reponse that never changes regardless of my email), phoned (they no longer take calls apparently) and filled out their online form twice seeking a resolution. I've had no success in over 2months and essentially lost £65 to a company that refuses to respond to queries/complaints.

Appalling customer service. Ordered two items and one of them was wrong. I contacted the company and was simply sent a form to fill in for to return. There was no apology at all. I explained that the form only catered for returns and not exchanges due to their error but was told it was the form or nothing. I had to pay for the cost of the return of the incorrect item and when I questioned this I was told I would be refunded the cost and the correct item would then be sent. I had to chase up the company again when I could see the item had been returned successfully to them and instead of an acknowledgment, I just received an automated email stating my item had been refunded. I emailed them again to say that I didn’t want a refund, I just wanted the item I originally ordered delivered and the cost of the return of the incorrect item refunded. The company will not respond. I now have to pay another delivery charge from another company for the same item. It’s only after my poor experience with the company did I see all the other horrific reviews and news articles about them. Avoid them!

Hello Thank you for your message. I can see you submitted a return request on the 3rd November and the item has not yet been sent to us. We do not collect returns, this is sent by you as the returns paperwork explains. Once you get this back to us we can refund super easily :)

If you want to email over your proof of sending we can expedite the returns process without delay and get your new order out the same day :) Thank you for your feedback on the returns process and its actually something we changed only a few days ago with the launch of an easier system.
