The Team at Sensory Education have been offering sensory toys and special needs toys and educational supplies and educational equipment since early 2009 and have gained a reputation for providing sensory toys and special needs toys and school equipment at prices lower than our sensory toy and Education rivals.
We supply sensory toys to mums, dads, schools, charities and the NHS along with all other customers who wish to purchase some sensory toys and special needs items

Poor and non-existent customer service. Took 2 months to deliver. One item wrong but I don't have the energy to return for replacement or refund. Telephone is a waste of time because its just a recorded message that cuts you off at the end! Definitely won't be using again

Avoid using this company!!! Shocking customer service!!! Despite placing an order on the 7th Feb, and after many emails I am still waiting for delivery, despite their two week delivery time. Just tried calling them and their recorded message says they are short of staff and then cuts you off!!! Great. Well done Sensory Education.

Appauling level of service. Items ordered and paid for in July 2022. To date (March 2023) no goods have been delivered and we have not received a refund for the non received goods. When you try to call all lines are busy and when you contact by email no response is received back! Do not order from this company

First order was refunded and no reason given. Second order took nearly two weeks to be delivered and the wrong item was sent. I am still waiting for them to answer my email regarding this matter.

SensoryEducation now trading as Cheap Disability Aids have atrocious customer care. They do not answer a straight question such as "when was the order dispatched?" They finally cancelled my order, outside contract law, as they were unprepared to answer the question. I found the response discourteous and arrogant. I cannot recommend this company,

Absolutely shocking service!! Emailed way over 8 times regarding my order that still hasn’t arrived which I paid £160 for. My other order placed at the same time half of the items where incorrect. I’ve had no help, no one to fix it or tell me where my other order is. I would NOT recommend them to anyone & AVOID at all costs, as I am now £160 out of pocket and ignored. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!

I can see that our team have sent over the returns information to you on a few occasions. Still waiting on my item I ordered 2 weeks ago very dissapointed at the poor customer service no update on my delivery date avoid ! This is my sons money and he needs his order still waiting g back for a reply !!!

I have been trying to contact Sensory Education for weeks regarding settling an invoice with a query on and a duplicate order and I have had no response at all - I have contacted via email and via the website.

This company steals money from vulnerable children. The majority of the users of their site are parents of disabled children or children with sensory processing difficulties. The type of items this company sell are exactly what the children's Disability Living Allowance payments are for. They take money but don't send the items (usually witholding the most expensive item). The staff repeatedly ignore correspondence in the hopes that whoever they have duped will give up. The way their customer service system is set up sends you round in circles until the last straw when you must write them a letter stating the Sale of Goods Act. Only then will they respond, but in a hostile manner. They refused to refund me saying it was "with legal" which just was not true - luckily my bank intervened and was able to recoup the loss. Any positive reviews about this company are fake. The company appears to have been trading for years under various names to get away with this. Search Cheap Disability Aids and read those reviews. I have reported them to Customer Trading Standards and Watchdog. Sensory Education will attempt to flag reviews for being defamatory but negative reviews are all justified.

Ordered on 16.2.23 Over a month later I recieved a delivery today. Delivered but the order is wrong. Missing a 3rd tuff tray. I asked for a refund weeks OK and didn't get it. Please advise why the service has been so bad

My order came in good time but it wasn’t what I ordered so I returned it. After 1 month I still haven’t received my refund. No one is answering the phone or replying to my emails. Avoid!!!

I order took ten days to arrive, the order tracking ilink didn't work. When the order finally arrived the items were not what I ordered. I waited a further 14 days for a returns request to be processed.....yesterday I recieved an email with a returns approval link that doesn't work. Really disappointing service!!!

After changing my mind about ordering an item I emailed to ask to cancel the order as it hasn’t been dispatched yet but was informed that it was too late as the order had already been processed and that I was strongly recommended to accept the delivery when it came due to it taking longer to process a refund if the delivery wasn’t accepted. Upon taking this advice and accepting the delivery I then discovered I would need to pay £9 to return the item via post as it turns out returns have to be paid for by the consumer. This cost 1/3 of the value of the item, however I paid for the postage to return this as I would at least get 2/3 of the amount I had spent on the item back once the refund was processed. I am still waiting for a refund 2 weeks after returning the item, and I am still yet to receive an email to acknowledge that my item has been received and the refund is being processed. This is despite emailing to ask for an update regarding my order and refund which I have had no response to. Would not recommend using this company again as communication has been poor and as it stands I have been left out of pocket.

This company is supposed to be for special needs. Not good updates. Seem more interested in taking money out your bank straight away then u have to chase order all the time I ordered over a month ago I’ve emailed more than twenty times. They still have failed to deliver three items. Still haven’t received them but they have taken the money. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone with a special needs child at all. I have been receiving same email saying that they are trying to find out how long before three items delivered. I have been scammed out of money. No delivery of items nearly £200 their number on their website is a blocked number. Don’t order anything from this company please

Didn’t turn up! Even after chasing up with sensory education and promising to look into it! I found out mines not the only one that has no show delivery! I’m gutted as I really wanted what I ordered and it was my sons dla money I spent on them. They company is taking money from a 4 year old and not giving him the items ti help his sensory needs! Shameful!
