The Team at Sensory Education have been offering sensory toys and special needs toys and educational supplies and educational equipment since early 2009 and have gained a reputation for providing sensory toys and special needs toys and school equipment at prices lower than our sensory toy and Education rivals.
We supply sensory toys to mums, dads, schools, charities and the NHS along with all other customers who wish to purchase some sensory toys and special needs items

Order placed last December still hasn't arrived correctly. Can't contact anyone on the phone numbers. Have completed the query form on their website multiple times and no reply. We just keep receiving their invoice for goods which haven't been received. DO NOT USE this company as you cannot talk to them about anything and they clearly don't care to sort any issues you might have.

My first time placing the order but already disappointed with their service as I have been waiting nearly a week for them to respond my missing item also once they replied I have to fill the form in as all they reply was about the link that I need to submit. I never put on any review before but with this kind of service I should really at least they know what was going on.

The order came so late and there was no tracking like they said you can track Tried contacting them no luck finally they got back and said order dispatched again it wasn’t and again took time to receive When arrived items missing items broken and I have emailed them a week ago about this and still no one has got back to me they have a number which no one will answer just a auto ayes answer phone I do not recommend them Nore will I order again

Ordered no problem but items didn't arrive. I contacted customer services and was told my order number didn't exist and they couldn't find my order even though they had taken my money over 2 weeks previously. After a few emails back and forth my order was finally dispatched. It total it took nearly 3 weeks for them to be delivered. Once delivered one of the items arrived broken/cracked so was unusable and a waste of money. I'm really disappointed as this was my first order with this company but will definitely be the last. I ended up purchasing similar items elsewhere as didn't think it was ever going to arrive so ended up spending double the money and having duplicate items. Not a happy customer!

Placed an order on 11th February 2023 still haven’t received it. After numerous emails chasing this I was told a replacement order was being sent on 31st March. Nothing received and they aren’t replying to my emails. There is no telephone number just an email or website contact form. Really disappointing dishonest service from them.

Awful customer service. Our order was due to arrive in 3-5 working days. The order tracking didn't work so when we contacted them on day 5 they told us to "rest assured that the parcel would arrive in 3-5 working days". It's now day 6 and no update. The contact numbers don't work as they are short staffed.

We have been very unhappy with the service we have received from you. Our order was placed on the 7th March and was not received until Friday 21st April. I attempted to call on numerous occasions but it is obvious your phonelines are unmanned. I emailed and these were not responded to, one was and I was told this has been dispatched but then told it had had attempted delivery but no calling card to then receive an email that it has been dispatched again. We contacted you previously regarding an item from a previous order which was broken and got no repsonse. Appalling service and customer service

Ordered 3 items, in February. After numerous emails (9 so far). I have had only 1 item delivered, 1 refunded and the most expensive item still not refunded (after asking numerous times for) or delivered or able to tell me when this will be sorted. Very very poor customer service.

Terrible service. Waited over a month for delivery during which we had to chase. No contact from Sensory Education unless we emailed. Would not use again. Not contactable by telephone to discuss. When we requested a refund, this was ignored so we had to continue to chase / send emails.

Company took ten emails and three weeks later to search for my missing order … ridiculous

Sensory Education They sent the wrong items , all three items are wrong , i have emailed them ,haven't received any reply, I nearly spend £22 for 3 small item , cannot believe they are getting away with this lack services from most needy people , this disabled customers ,what a shame, I have lost my money , including the delivery cost,in this hard time people can show some kinds, it's not a lot I am asking,just the service for which I paid, how disappointed I am with this company, please some1 help me with my order ,

Appalling delivery times. Parcel delivered 4 weeks after placing order. When placing order it quoted 3-5 working days. Contacted customer support who said they would contact warehouse manager and I could expect an update in 3-5 working days. I received no update. Some items are very poor quality. I would not recommend to anyone and wished I had read all the other terrible reviews before placing my my order. **AVOID**.

Ordered a 4 seater pushchair for £539 , it’s never been delivered and trying to get a refund has been extremely stressful, they palm you off with auto mated messages just to keep your money. Iam now in contact with the bank for help

Appalling customer service. Did not respond to any of my four attempts to contact them. Threatened me with charges for non-payment when they had not yet even despatched the items. Will never purchase from the company again.

Awful service! It took 6 weeks and a few emails asking for a refund before my order was delivered. And I'm STILL waiting for a refund on the item that they couldn't deliver. I will never use this company again and I will be sure to warn others about the terrible service too.
