“I ordered my son a bean bag the beginning of June (5th) it is now the 12th of July I still do not have the bean bag and I have emailed lots and haven’t got my money back either. I tried to phone them and a 16 second phone call to be told they don’t do phone calls cost me £6. I am fuming with them. I will not be buying off them ever again.”

“Placed order advised it was shipped not received any tracking number not received the goods and when you email you receive a reply back stating your order will be 3 to 5 working days not very good customer service”

“I placed my order 3 months ago and have not received it. I have chased via 12 emails and 3 website contact page messages and have received 1 reply, which said they would check with the warehouse. Nothing since As a not for profit charity we can not afford to lose the £500 they have taken, and the children now have to do without these education pieces”

“Items arrived very quickly, but unfortunately, one of the products got damaged in the delivery. However, I emailed customer services and received a phone call the next day from a lovely customer assistant representative. She handled the issue really well, and I'm very thankful to her. I will definitely buy from this store again in the future.”
