“The watch itself (Hamburg Chronograph) is beautiful and well worth the price point. Not crazy about the quality of the leather bands but the silver stainless bands are great and, like the watch itself, very fairly priced. Beyond the product itelf, the customer service was fabulous and I was blown away by how rapidly both of my orders arrived at my door (3 days from ordering on the watch and about 2.5 days on the stainless band that I ordered seperately a week atwer the watch order) - I'm in the US for reference.”

“Wide range of watches. I picked Hamburg bronze version which is beautiful. It came to Slovakia within 4 days without any problem which is amazing. 100% recommend .”

“Great customer service and excellent delivery process. There is no info online specifically for the black thin metal strap (although it is not dissimilar to the Milanaise strap), which in fact is not so thin when you have to shorten the bracelet)”

“The watch band fits my Fathers watch perfectly and is very comfortable, perfect for everyday use. My only issue was with the shipping company DHL. I know the are efficient and and a good company but in North America UPS or FedEx control most of the shipping market. I've had several items I ordered from Europe stolen, or "lost in transit" when shipped by DHL. My watch band was delayed for what they claim was a mistake in the address. Then it was sent to a pick up point instead of my home. After complaining it finally arrived three days late, unceremoniously tossed into the snow on my porch. My suggestion to Sternglas when shipping to North America? Don't use DHL as your shipper.”
